I have contacted NoBroker customer service department on 17 april
I have contacted Ms. Anjali from customer care and given information about need 1 BHK, near Hanuman Road, Ville Parle east with in the range 28 K to 32 K. Not fully furnished.
Ms. Anjali told me that there are properties available as per my requirement, However if you opt for Relax plan, you will be able to get the more details about the properties and only visible on Nobroker after buying the relax plan.And she told me that she will.be on leave and connect on 19th April.
On 19th April, I have contacted Ms. Anjali, and told that I am going to opt for the plan, but there few concern my side that the review for relax plan is not good for banglore andan asked about the assurance about the services.She told me that there is no much properties available on the prime location of banglore, hence this was feedback..however for vile parle location they various option as per my requirement and not to worry on the services. Including daily update, appointing separate Relationship Manager etc..Then I have bought the Relax plan.
On 19th Apr after opting plan I have just revisited the NoBroker app to search the properties but I could able to find properties which was discussed with Ms.Anjali, and Immediately I have call her and inform the same.She told me, it will take 24 hours and you will get the update from the respective Relationship Manager.
On 20th April, I have tied to contact Anjali multiple times but she did not accepted my calls and then I have contacted Shuvom Sarkar Relationship Manager and again given my detail requirement again to him.He told he will check and revert..
From 21st Apr to 30th April, I have assigned the properties which were not as per my requirement.Also had discussion with the relationship manager for the same.
Shuvom Sarkar told me on 25th April that there is no properties available as per my requirement and he had sent email to sales team for refund..and they will contact me within 48 hours. But noting has happend.
Again on 27th April, I have recieved call from Shuvom that, he has escalated matter to his supervisor and I will receive call from his supervisor within 24 hours..Again no call from either from sales team or from supervisor.
On 1st May I have requested, Shuvom Sarkar to initiate the refund.Also send the email for the same..Request ID EM-807857 is for futher communication.
Request you to please look into it and initiate the refund.
Appreciate your quick help for refund.
