Nobroker — Relax rental plan false promise

Hi Team,

I have purchased no broker relax plan on 17th March, 2024 post consulting with the sales team. I have provided all my requirements clearly during the call and the representative mentioned there are more than 20 properties for my requirement. Trusting no broker I have purchased Tenant Relax plan of 4128.82 rupees which is valid for 45 days.

Initial relationship manager (RM) assigned was from mumbai where as I am from hyderabad and he requested for change in RM which was done the next day as I only tried connecting with him and got to know about it.

Post reassignment, I tried connecting with the team, RM assigned to me mentioned based on my requirement there no properties (literally zero) matching and he started asking to change the requirements. When I question how come sales team can get more than 20 properties with my requirement and RM cant fetch them. He simply says it is impossible to get properties with my requirement and he suggested 1 property with higher budget from requirement and the property is also not valid one as per description provided.

On 3rd day when I try to connect with RM during morning hours he informed that he will call back and I received call around 2 pm to discuss. When I inform him to add few more areas under my requirement and even after changing my requirement only 1 property was suggested that too with 30% more than my budget.

Why does sales team gives false information to sell the plan and after selling the plan, if I try to give complaint they simply says this is not right department will arrange call back from correct department and that call never comes.

When I ask for refund they says RM is the right person to initiate the refund in this scenario and RM says I don't have permission to initiate refund and its mostly impossible to get the refund.

Can someone please help me out on this. I am bit stressed dealing with no broker and their false promises. If this is how you deal with customer might be it is running fine now but customer will start losing trust on the company.
