[Resolved] Nobroker — rental agreement | |||
I have applied for rental agreement on 7th of december 2019. I need to discuss for the same to the concerned team. Addressing the issue is different, your team is incapable of giving a call back to me or routing my number to the concerned team since these days. Eah time the customer executive responds saying that i will get a call back. I have called numerous times on '[protected]' and requested to address my issue. Now no one picks up this number provided on their website '[protected]'. I have never experienced such a horrible customer service. My money is deducted and no one bothers for service. Only before making payment i got call 5 times without any reason. Is that money only matters. I need my money back. Kindly take strict action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
