Nobroker — Rental agreement delay

I had given a quotation to create a new rental agreement and it's now been 20 days I'm waiting for the original copy.

They had sent me the soft copy online on 13-2-24 and now the nobroker rental department refuses to share the hardcopy.

They keep laying more excuses, backend team is checking, concerned team is checking but none of them knows the exact status. This guy called - Obul reddy is absolutely irresponsible for this as he is in charge of the same.

I have been sending multiple emails and calling them everyday for an update. But they just give more excuses.

Please help me get the original copy as soon as possible. Thank you

An amount of ₹10, 000 has been debited from my account by a fraudulent transaction from the No broker team.

They told me to install the icici application, share otp, pin number for getting the refund and fraudulently claimed ₹10000.

Please get back to me as soon as possible. Please do take strict action against the same.

No. If it is so, check the complaint I have sent multiple times to your rental agreement. I had to create the agreement from outside for ₹400 as it exceeded a month. Registered number : 7760263908, customer name : Vishnu
I don't want your agreement. Just get the money back which I have paid for this.
Such pathetic service, fraudulent behavior and greedy for money you guys are!!!
