In The home which I stay for Rent currently, owner has chosen Nobroker CPMS plan.
Staying for rent from 4th Jun 2022. I got only the commercial agreement copy from no broker. When I asked for stamp paper agreement, the nobroker team gave me hard copy without owner signature.
When I requested for signed agreement, omwer complained that, In CPMS plan of no broker, the owner will be having contract between them and nobroker and not with tenant directly. So nobroker must issue me stamp paper agreements, stating that the no broker has sublet the property to me, not the owner directly.
But the nobroker gave me agreement, that contract is between myself and owner directly.
How no broker can issue two different contracts?
I am following up this with No broker team from 5th Jun, but no proper response still now.
And I also paid, advance and 2months rent, but not received receipt still today for any thing.
Totally frustrated, doing repeated follow ups. Nobroker doesn't know the business terms, and not responding for any queries either. Then why to call as Corporate services, without even fulfilling the basic requirements of people.
The owner opts for some Nobroker, CPMS plan like this, and gets the rents, benefits from Nobroker, but tenants like us, not even getting fulfilled basic requirements like rental agreement and rental receipt.
