[Resolved] Nobroker — Rental Agreement service

Hi Team,

I am opt for rental agreement service in Nobroker who initially promised me to provide the document in 4 working days. I paid Rs 479/- for their service on 2nd May 2022 and they haven't deliver me the hard copies of rental agreement yet. I was follow-up with them regular, but they haven't provide me proper updates. I got the rental agreement from my house owner last week with very low cost. I told them I no longer need their service and ask for refund. But they are not responding back. Could you please help me to get back my money on-time?
