Recently I used packers and movers service from no broker. I chose no broker because I felt you will be professional right from booking to execution but my actual experience is totally different. NoBroker is very very very unprofessional and the experience was so horrible. Following issues I felt at the time of execution of booking -

1. My actual movement date was[protected] between 1 to 3 PM. At 1:30 PM, the driver came to me and said that the labour has abscond so he will not be able to move as it will take time to arrange the labour and he requested to reschedule the same for next day.
2. At the time of delivery of goods, labour asked for extra cash as a prize. When I have paid all the amount then how can they force me to give money again and again.
3. Many of my stuff gets dirty as the same was not packed in boxes or bubble wrap. When I asked for bubble wrap then the driver said he left the same at home. I had booking of 20 boxes but in actual around 7-8 boxes were used. My AC moved without packing. I had original packing available but they didn't pack it and moved as it is. Pics of the same are attached.
4. Way of talking of your executives is not appropriate. I called 'n' number of times to talk with my movement manager Rohan but he was too too too busy that neither he talk over call nor called back. I raised many requests to call back (you can cross check with the system) but I didn't get the same. It was like only I am making follow-up and Nobroker has nothing to worry about this.
Once I talked with Mr. Ravinder who was my movement partner. He doesn't have a sense of how to talk with customers. He was only worried for his money and not about what the customer was facing. The main reason for delay movement was labour abscond but he was lying to me by saying that there is vehicle breakdown. Driver himself confirmed that there is a labour issue. The way of talking was very insultive and inappropriate.
5. Asked extra charges to assemble the bed but the same was included in the package.

I faced many many issues while taking Movers and packers service from NoBroker. Movement manager Rohan is not professional and reliable at all. Nobroker only need money on time and nothing to do with service quality.

    Rental Agreement service

    I am opt for rental agreement service in Nobroker who initially promised me to provide the document in 4 working days. I paid Rs 479/- for their service on 2nd May 2022 and they haven't deliver me the hard copies of rental agreement yet. I was follow-up with them regular, but they haven't provide me proper updates.     We got in touch with No broker for Movers and Packers Service as we wanted to move our shipment from Delhi to Bangalore (Phone number : [protected]). The executive who got in touch with us promised that the shipment will reach us in 8-10 days and told us that was the last slot and if we missed the slot he won't be able to pick our shipment for another 4-5 days. We made the payment late night as we wanted the shipment to reach as soon as possible.

    After the payment was done, our good were picked from our home in Delhi on June 3. We had no where to track where our shipment was so we kept on calling NoBroker customer care number and no Executive was able to help us. Sent multiple emails to no broker customer care and nobody replied. Finally after multiple calls for 3-4 days we got to know that our shipment was still in Delhi.
    After us insisting and trying to explain them that we were expecting the goods within 8 -10 days of pickup as it was promised at the time of pickup, another false promise was made to us telling we will definitely get our shipment by 12 evening. Here I am writing this complaint on 11 evening as now they mentioned they won't be able to deliver anytime soon.

    When we told operations team what was promised to us, they said we don't know what sales team is promising and we don't care about that.
    We have no clue when we will be getting our shipment or where our shipment is. No clear answer is given when we call. Also we clearly explained all the executives that we are not available at the delivery location after 14 June. This timeline was made very clear by us at the time of payment, if they would have mentioned its not possible we would have reached out to some other Movers and Packers company.

    False promises, Mental Harassment and Stress is all I can say about my experience with NoBrokers Movers and Packers.
    None of the executive escalated the matter or gave us any clarity on what happens to goods if we are not available.

    I am so disappointed with NoBroker and clueless as in where to go for help as they themselves are not clear. They only know how to make false promises and when asked to send an email to formally tell us when we get the shipment, the executives declined to do that.

    It is as complete harassment for us as we have no clue as in what next.

      My mobile number is [protected].I had taken seller relax plan worth ₹8849 in March 2022.My plan is expiring on 15th june in 5 days for selling my 3BHK apartment at Nizam pet, Hyderabad.I was assigned relationship manager TanujaBut till now only 4 buyers visited the house.But the my personal profile is showing buyers rejected as 57 .Till first one and half month not even a single buyer visited the property for which I told the Relationship manager to change herself to another relationship manager.Even that request was not accepted.The RM changed the pictures of the property to current state of property while earlier posted pictures of the property were appealing as she said that it is rule of your company.When taken up the issue with the Manager, he pointed out that my property location is not having market while actually it is one of the prime location of the property near to Hitech city of Hyderabad and regarding buyers visiting issue of four showing as 57, he said that they will be shown like that only.Even the profile of the property was not properly updated despite taking details from me .Only today I had rectified the address including the Google map location as one buyer has called for Google map location to be sent precisely.Therefore I am requesting you to extend my same seller relax plan for one month only at no extra cost due to above reasons

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            NoBroker has force closed my Relax plan subscription (Rs. 3538.82) without any notice.
            The plan has a validity of 45 days. I was only provided service for the first 2 weeks, after which my subscription was forcefully deactivated. I was unable to access the membership benefits via the app or call.
            I have been trying to address this issue to the customer care over the past 1 month, but they just provide false information stating they have escalated this issue and the concerned team would be contacting me,
            Its been over a month in this hassle and NoBroker has not been able to provide me with a response. They have disregarded my concern and are onky focussed on making money out of their customers without providing services. This process is not mentioned in their terms & condition, which is a clear violation from their side.
            I have all the necessary proofs, call recordings which support my claims.

            I wish to receive a full refund as each rupee matters to me.
            I have not got what NoBroker promised to provide me.

            Please take this matter on priority as there has been a lot of delay on this.

              I had booked no broker packers and movers. Before booking they are promising everything will be uninstall and install. After booking on the day on shifting their partner will call and inform. We won't uninstall fans, tubeligts etc. But sales team promised this to me. When we call nobroker they it is additional cost. Sales team while booking they said remove and fix without extra cost. Things also missing. Worst service.

                  I opted for owner relax service from No broker which is for 45 days to let out my property. They allocated a relationship manager who will eat your head by asking same questions as verification. I got a tenant who paid token advance & didn’t turn up. Moment I informed No broker that I got a tenant they closed my service. There is no protocol in this company to check whether tenant occupied or not. With lots of difficulties I again reactivated the services as I had validity of 18 more days. RM promised to give tenant and my services will be visible in the App but no response. These RMs don’t share their mobile no’s. This company doesn’t have proper process to track their service and customer satisfaction. Very un professional. They have not addressed my problem at properly but moment I visit the App they call for offering a service. Only focused on revenue and adding sales. Complete lapse in their process and they promise a lot don’t deliver. I wasted my money Rs.3450. They take money but doesn’t follow up.

                    I have contacted nobroker.com for rent aggrement, got a phone cal and he said he will send email for payment and once payment done he will get all the details and will send me the draft. I did pay and sent all information but after that there is no call back and no response, they again sent payment voucher even though I told I have paid, they just said we will look and call you back but no luck. online chat representative said they escalated and thats all they can do but no use of escaltion as there is no action taken and still waiting for there call.

                      Your rent payment NRP[protected], recieved refund email but got refund 20000 instead of 20200, due to incorrect beneficiary name mentioned .but i[censored] checked previous transactions same details updated and amount credit to the same benifisary account. I need full refund else raise disbute on consumer court,
                      initiated, If its wrong benifisary then you deposit all amount in wrong account previously when i did same rent payment to my landlord...chk or refund full amount

                        I am facing very pathetic situation from No broker and logistics partner since I have made booking amount.

                        Someone from No broker named Raghu was handling my case and while asking things before finalization, he had committed me that VRL logistics will be assigned to me but post payment Bharat Movers and Packers was assigned. This was the 1st fraud happened with me from No broker.

                        My shared quotation was for 23500/- and as per process Bharat movers & packers picked my luggage. Once luggage reached at his godown, now he is calling me and asking for rs. 14500 extra amount to pay for extra luggage. Charges for extra luggage was not at all informed to me, neither this thing was mentioned when logistics partner was picking my luggage. If luggage was extra he should informed me before taking my luggage to his godown, so that I could have cancelled it as asked amount is beyond my budget.

                        Now when I am stuck in this problem, no one from no broker is helping me. From last 3days I am taking follow-up and making calls but no response from anyone.

                        This is such a pathetic service provided by No broker and it's a scam to trap the customers. Please resolve this issue ASAP and deliver my luggage. This kind of services was not at all expected

                          After receiving my household items from Pune to Hyderabad, one of my items (Black trolley) is missing from the items list that I received.
                          I am chasing No Broker people but no one is helping me.
                          Also the link they have provided to raise claim is also not working.
                          This is pure negligence of the people who handled the packing and loading.

                          Can someone please help in finding my missing item.

                            Booked the movement in the NoBroker advertisement basis, movement happens on 10th May 22. The concern is that AC was dismantled from the Old house and delivered to the New house. As packers said AC Install person will be visiting in the evening of the same day hence they forcefully asked for the full amount to the GPAY account from the NoBroker link. attached is the snap.
                            Still now (10th May to 2nd Jun 22) AC Installation is not happening in the new home. Hence I called several times and asked for the reimbursement of AC Installation money 1999 INR via NoBroker.
                            One time AC Install person called me and recorded the conversation without my consideration, asked why the recording he replied that is a mobile feature. Hence after a few mins disconnected the call on 1st Jun 22.
                            These are the non-sense happen due to Depression.

                            Called to explain the same issue lot of times via Phone to the NO Broker Customer Executive but the reply is will coordinate with the Packers and did not receive the response.
                            NO Broker Customer Executive not aware of the Tamil Language and providing the service on TamilNadu.
                            Once raised the Complaint in the portal and got a late response, they called me and argue to initiate my refund amount.
                            Interaction is not good from NO Broker and Packers guys.

                              This company is fraud. When they promised the relocation services, they promised to update us everyday and promised timely delivery from patiala to bangalore. However, now it's been 15 days noone picks up the call and no one is helping us to resolve our issue. It is very problematic we have everything in transit, the situation is worst. This company should be shut and punished for committing such offence.

                                My payment reference number is NRP[protected].. I have made the payment on 1st June 2022. They have asked for the agreement to upload. I have uploaded the same. Still the payment is not credited to the owner. When I checked with them they said that they need some time to validate the agreement. I have requested them to cancel the payment since it was delayed. They neither refunded nor credited the payment of rs. 20000/-

                                  I have listed my property in a prime location in bangalore for rental. I never got any leads and when I their agent called me to check on the status I have told them to remove my property from the listing as what ever the enquiries I get are from property agents who did not had any clients or fake clients set up by them to pose as potential tenant who come and just take photograph of the property and disappear even though you agree to all their terms. They charge renters via their subscription to show my property as available and share my contact details to them which means they get subscription fees from owner as well as the renter and still do not providing matching properties or clients to close the deal. This cheating continues until owner and renter subscribe to their services. During this tenure they keep calling and send messages asking to subscribe to their other services (painting, rent payment, house cleaning etc., ). Not sure if this can this be reported to cyber crime. I want them to stop bothering me with their fake clients and calls and messages.

                                    My(Girish Routray) property Skanda Sky in Kadubisanahalli was given for rent via No Broker. In this process, I had requested the No Broker team to do some repair work and they had internally enabled the home maintenance team to carry out the work.
                                    The home Maintenance team had shared a quotation of 13540 for installing a few stuffs inside the house consisting of a new water sink(Brand Franke), a Commode seat cover(Brand Cera), and a few hydraulic hinges in the kitchen cupboards.
                                    But post the work completion, I came to know from the tenants that the Home Maintenance team had installed local brands and not the one I had paid for.
                                    Now I am trying to get hold of them for 1 month and I am not getting any response from them. Prabhanshu Kumar was the person who shared with me the brands and their quotations.
                                    This is really pathetic service from the No Broker team that they are not able to justify the customer for the work he had paid for.
                                    I want this to be resolved asap and the extra money taken by No Broker should be refunded back to me without any delay.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I had a movement date of 30th May from Nobroker. Same city move.

                                      After installation of the AC the technicians caused damage which has resulted in malfunction.

                                      At first the flap wasn't opening, which they claimed it was like this from before. After telling them that even yesterday morning it worked absolutely fine they agreed to fix it.

                                      But the true horror began afterwards. The AC started making a terrible noise continuously. But they kept claiming it's fine and refused to fix it. Also claimed it's old so this happens. ( Never happened when the same AC was moved 2 times, the latest one being not more than one year ago)

                                      After long pestering they started arguing that it's old AC the shipper damaged etc. Still refusing to do anything on this situation which they have clearly caused while installing the AC they finally asked for additional repair stating the shipper has handled it badly which caused internal damage. And also stated since the AC is "old"( quoting this multiple times whenever something goes wrong) while trying to repair some other things might also get damaged, which may cause additional charges.

                                      They also Damaged the wall with unnecessary drilling even after the security guided them before starting the work. Right now the owner of the building is asking for damage repair.

                                      Also while I tried to claim from the app or the website I am getting an error even after several attempts. PFA the video of the sound. Recording and screenshot of the Nobroker App.

                                      After contacting the insurance team they mentioned i cannot claim insurance as the item was unloaded. I called them multiple times.Everytime they say we will get back to you or the call automatically disconnets.

                                      If the Insurance is not valid what's the point of paying amount for insurance. Why should I suffer for Nobrokers mistake
