We got in touch with No broker for Movers and Packers Service as we wanted to move our shipment from Delhi to Bangalore (Phone number : [protected]). The executive who got in touch with us promised that the shipment will reach us in 8-10 days and told us that was the last slot and if we missed the slot he won't be able to pick our shipment for another 4-5 days. We made the payment late night as we wanted the shipment to reach as soon as possible.
After the payment was done, our good were picked from our home in Delhi on June 3. We had no where to track where our shipment was so we kept on calling NoBroker customer care number and no Executive was able to help us. Sent multiple emails to no broker customer care and nobody replied. Finally after multiple calls for 3-4 days we got to know that our shipment was still in Delhi.
After us insisting and trying to explain them that we were expecting the goods within 8 -10 days of pickup as it was promised at the time of pickup, another false promise was made to us telling we will definitely get our shipment by 12 evening. Here I am writing this complaint on 11 evening as now they mentioned they won't be able to deliver anytime soon.
When we told operations team what was promised to us, they said we don't know what sales team is promising and we don't care about that.
We have no clue when we will be getting our shipment or where our shipment is. No clear answer is given when we call. Also we clearly explained all the executives that we are not available at the delivery location after 14 June. This timeline was made very clear by us at the time of payment, if they would have mentioned its not possible we would have reached out to some other Movers and Packers company.
False promises, Mental Harassment and Stress is all I can say about my experience with NoBrokers Movers and Packers.
None of the executive escalated the matter or gave us any clarity on what happens to goods if we are not available.
I am so disappointed with NoBroker and clueless as in where to go for help as they themselves are not clear. They only know how to make false promises and when asked to send an email to formally tell us when we get the shipment, the executives declined to do that.
It is as complete harassment for us as we have no clue as in what next.
