Subject: I needed refund as I didn't receive the Physical hard copy, but no broker is only willing for re-dispatch of the agreement which I don't need at the moment because the credit loan application is already invalidated because of the delay caused by nobroker, I was not able to submit the Proof of address copy to the banker. Hence, there is no need for the re-dispatchment of the rental agreement. I demanded refund but they are refusing to process the refund.
I purchased rental agreement service on nobroker and made payment on Apr 10, 2025 online during a call with the help of nobroker agent after considering the promise of the agent that I would receive the physical notarized agreement in 4 days. So that, I can submit it to the banker "Bank of Baroda" as Residential proof for my credit application processing which has a deadline of April 19, 2025. (Screenshot no 2)

Because of the delay caused by Nobroker, I didn't receive Hardcopy and Nobroker cited the reason as "Operational challenges" from courier. "I received day-day alerts from the Nobroker courier client "Ship rocket", regarding the delivery delay to my No broker registered email address "[protected]@gmail.com" (See the attached screenshot no.s 3, 4). Because of this delay, I was not able to submit the credit application to "Bank of Baroda" which caused financial loss for me.
I have all the call recordings from my first call to the recent call if needed, please see the screenshot no 5, 6 where the escalation agent has confirmed that the service is initiated hence, we cannot process the refund. How come they steal my money without fulfilling the service completely.
Awaiting your response. I needed 5000 INR as a compensation and 800 RS refund money.
