[Resolved] Nobroker — repeated complaint from 4 months-no broker zero response | |||||
From no broker payment of my refund money back plan is still pending from more than four months after my plan expired on march 9th 2020 in spite of sharing my bank statement still the amount is not transferred. Repeated complaint no one has called or mailed me to give the status of my refund for past four months. Finally i start to proceed to send notice to no broker Even if it takes years i am not going to leave no broker for giving me mental harassment. This is to inform if refund is not done before this week end[protected] i am going to send notice to owners of no broker who are responsible. Along with my refund / lawer charges/ court cahrges all to be borne by no broker. For all service request given below from 1st april till 14th july i get in reply as below. Hi hari, Thank you for notifying us. We have forwarded this to the concerned team. Please allow us some time, we will do the needful. Can you please specify in which world your team is there. It is a surprise from four months your concerned team can not reply or call me. Time taken to process my refund is 129 days 3096 hours. Still not transferred till date[protected] 1st april service request no : 4897812 7th april service request no:4897812 14th april service request no:4938927 18th april service request no:4951129 7th may service request no : 5014494 4th june service request no : 5154132 11th june service request no : 5235324 16th june service request no : 5307574 24th june service request no :5420042 28th june service request no: 5478194 2nd july service request no : 5532030 6th july service request no: 588581 9th july service request no:5608351 14th july mail sent again I have made more than 50 calls to no broker to know the status but no one answered my calls or they called me back. The mail sent by akshay had wrong transfer details. Its clear that the amount is transferred to another person account. 1. My order id :[protected] transaction date 9 jan 2020 transaction time 10:17 am 2. Mail received on april 23th 2020 that refund is processed which has not happened till date 9th july 2020. 3. Refund mail sent by akshay had wrong order id[protected] with wrong transaction date mentioned as 20th may wrong transaction time as 1:16 pm. Finally i found out the mistake done by no broker accounts team that amount is transferred to another person account how can no broker be so careless it such pain to follow for more than 4 months. Jul 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING ON CONSUMER COMPLAINTS PORTAL NO ONE FRON NO BROKER HAS COME FORWARDED TO REFUND MY MONEY POOR PAID SERVICE AS PROMISED THEY DONT RETURN THE MONEY I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT FROM PAST 4 MONTHS EVEN IN MOUTHSHUT.THERE REPLAY WILL BE SAME TO DIVERT THE READERS AS ITS TRANSFRRED WHERE IS THE PROOF FROM MY SIDE I HAVE SHARED THE BANK DEATILS THE ITS NOT TRANSFRED FROM NO BROKER SIDE WHAT HAVE YOU DONE NOTHING ONLY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS WHO TAKE RENTAL PLANS.
