Nobroker — Suddenly my account went inactive and non of my Ads are not active

Hi, i am Ravi. I am holding NoBroker account for the past 2 yrs and i have taken many paid subscription services.

Now i am facing an issue like suddenly my account is marked as inactive and my Ads also inactive.

I posted the Ads for 2BHK on 9th Sep 2021, today is 14th Sep 2021 - still my ads is not active, when i check with customer care i repeatedly hearing technical issue for the past 6 days and no proper response from customer care.

My question is how come an active account which is been there for more than 2 yrs suddenly went in to inactive and no proper action take to make the account as active.

I was trying to subscribe for Owner relax plan, but when i click the subscribe button it show " Please Try Later".

I need a solution for this ?

Hi, So far i have not received any call from NoBroker. Its 12th day from the day i have posted my Ads till today. Still my ads is not active.

I am following up this issue with NOBroker for the past 20 days, but no action taken on the issue.

I am not sure why NoBroker is keeping silent on this. I am completely frustrated on this.

Until now i have called NoBroker customer care for more than 30 to 40 times. Each an every call i getting the response as Technical issue and i am hearing this for the past 20 day but nothing happening.

Hello Nobroker,

Why my ad is inactive from last 4 months. I am not getting tenant due to this error.

My property is at pune and I stay in Mumbai sonit become difficult for me to travel to pune and therefore I have rely on broker for tenant.

My flat is empty from last 4 month. Request you to help me with the issue

My contact no is 7506669002. I have tried this multiple times. Providing my contact, email id but nobody resolve the issue and my ad is not getting activated since Nov 2021. Again and again same reason the customer care is giving technical error. I dont understand how the technical error is not resolved from Nov 2021 to till date i.e 02.02.22. Also when i ask the customer care to transfer my call to technical department they say like we cant transfer the call as if like the technical department are the CBI if No broker. Also nobody shares with me the complaint no or the service request no. Only thing they do is telling the customer "We are working on it" which i dont think so they are actually working. Nobroker customer care is harrasing and irriating me since Nov 2021. I will put a complain for harrasment also against No broker. They should understand that if they dont want to give service to the customer then they should communicate straight to the customer rather than wasting their time and harrasing them

I am also facing the same issue like you. Nobroker is harrasing the customer and wasting their time. I am putting a complaint for harassments against Nobroker. You should also put the same.
