Nobroker — Supermoney back premium plan

Hello Team,

I took your super money back premium plan for my tenant search on 28th August . But I havenot got a single call from any relationship manager yet. On contrary i can see relationship managers are getting changed everyday Till Now 5 RM has been changed and no one care to respond too. Only once I got a response from a RM. He mentioned that we are not getting any field manager for your area. I have told him as well if you are not able to provide service in that area then refund my money. Your App is also getting stuck all the time. I am not able to look at my premium page as well. Please find the screenshot of your stuck app.

With all these issues I dont want to continue with the premium plan so kindly refund the amount paid,
