I availed property management services from NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd, paying ₹6, 000 on June 2025.
2. Before signing the agreement, I specifically requested inclusion of a ₹3, 000 refundable deposit clause. Your representative assured me verbally over phone that the refund would be given if the tenant stayed for more than three months. Relying on this assurance, I proceeded with your services.
3. Due to multiple service failures (including non-conduct of periodic inspections), I terminated the agreement via email dated 27 June 2025.
4. On 15 July 2025, I formally requested a refund of ₹3, 000 by email. On 16 July 2025, your representative called me and asked for my bank details to process the refund, which I provided the same day.
5. Despite repeated follow-ups (emails dated 23 July 2025, no refund has been processed and no written communication has been received from your side.
