Nobroker Technologies — Credit card fraud to Nobroker Technologies

On 6th March 2023 there was unauthorised transactions happened on my credit card. There were two unauthorised transactions happened on my card. The transaction amount was 38493.24 to NoBroker. I immediately informed axis bank customer care about the fraud transactions and raised dispute and block card and told to block those transactions as this was not done by me. Please help me on this. I already registered my complain by calling your customer care number. Its been more than 48 hours I have not got any resolution. When I registered complaint they said that it will be resolved within 24 hours.
Even you got my complain from cyber cell police and it is escalated still nothing done to save my money.
Is your company also supports such frauds? That why there are thousands of cases against you.
And that's why delay is done so that transaction gets settle and I lose my money.
Very pathetic customer support.
