Hey, I'm Adithyan This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 27th of Feb 2024 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES. this fraud did transactions from my credit card for ₹14181.72 NOBROKER TECHNOLOGI on Axis Bank Credit Card (2343) Was this information helpful? It could be possible that these fraudsters are using our name for their fraudulent activities. Verified Support Mar 15, 2024 NoBroker Customer Care's response Hi Adithyan, as per the update from our team the amount is moved out of NoBroker and settled to the beneficiary account. We have marked the recipient account as fraud and payments made to or by that account will not be processed in future. In order to provide further details, kindly share the police complaint copy.

My booking for AC gas filling, with ID XX621X72, mistakenly picked up my neighbor’s name & phone number(i.e XXXyyyy). I need to correct the address field in my booking & application. My mobile # 9xxxxxxxx (registered with NB)

Ensuring accurate data retrieval from maps is crucial, and the application development team should take steps to prevent such issues in the future.

Regarding the call executive: When I contacted the call executive to report the issue, she was unable to connect me to the technical team. Furthermore, she mentioned that she did not have access to her supervisor’s, team lead’s, or manager’s phone number. Each phone executive must have an escalation matrix with relevant contact numbers.
