We had booked bathroom cleaning service for 2 bathrooms for 21st Oct. The partner Sunil who visited damaged one of the bathroom cammode and hid the broken piece in pocket and didn't inform us. Luckly, since he was cleaning the other washroom one of the family members went to the one which was already cleaned and figured out that the cammode is damaged. On asking he confirmed and removed the broken piece and handed to us. He wanted to flee, but when we asked him he said he will come tomorrow (22nd) and get it replaced. Since we booked with Nobroker we called and shared the pics with them on 21st October itself. since that day endless calls and emails have been sent-!1st we were told partner will replace, then we were told partner has quite and has no money so they can refund service amount. When we told them that replacing and plumber charges that we need to pay for this damage is close to 5k ( we never asked them for 5k, but atleast half) now they changed the whole thing saying there are no damages done by the partner at all. So there is nothing they can do. I have shared pics from that day with them 2 - 3 times, how can they say the customer is lying? I am attaching pics here as well. I hope people see this and not book service with them. Ft SC
