Hi Team,

I have paid an amount of 579 towards the rental agreement process however i did not want the agreement at this movement i have cancelled the transaction.
I have sent multiple emails to refund the money, however they are not responding.please assist me.

I was paid rental payment on 11-jun-2022 amount of rs 75000 (rent 75000+ fee750=75750) and con fee 750 total 75750, however the same got rejected due to name mismatch. They refunded only rental amount of rs 75000 only instead of rs 75750. I called customer service many times that want to know the exact reason but no response received till now. The worst ever experience on the Packers & Movers service from No Broker team and highly disappointing. They are just getting into the same boat of No after sales service and all good till the time payments are done and no support at all after the same.
And we can't talk to anyone in the hierarchy as the customer care executives are available to just give you the basic info and no escalation.
