Not processing the refund for cancelled transaction

Hi Team,

I have paid an amount of 579 towards the rental agreement process however i did not want the agreement at this movement i have cancelled the transaction.
I have sent multiple emails to refund the money, however they are not responding.please assist me.

My husband Siddhartha Bhattacharya has subscribed to no broker paying around 3500 + taxes - in this package they provide a RM to you for assistance ( include suggesting relevant properties, scheduling visit and all kinds of coordination related to that)

Fraudulent Transactions made on my Credit card

Dear Sir,

There is a fraudulent transaction made on my credit card today afternoon twice using my credit card. The person who called me on my phone misguided me and charged my card for the amount of Rs 29795. This is a fraudulent transaction and its a criminal offense.

I was paid rental payment on 11-jun-2022 amount of rs 75000 (rent 75000+ fee750=75750) and con fee 750 total 75750, however the same got rejected due to name mismatch. Movers and packers

We had booked NBH services for movers and packers for shifting from faridabad to delhi. we were given a slot timing of 8am to 10 pm.

Team arrived at 11 am that too after continuous follow up. After inspecting the house they asked Rs. 10k above the quoted price. The inspection of our goods was already done in advance by there team member. After continuous follow up from back end team we had to cancel our shifting around 2 pm.br...

Refund of PMS assure funds

Hi

I registered for PMS assure services and did not get any type of service from No Broker. I have been following up with them for moths for refunding the money for which services were not provided. I am not getting any type of responses from them on this...

Interior work poor

I have done home interior from nobroker within a month all hinges of wardrobes and modular kitchen removed.

Refund not paid after the stipulated time

I have booked a house item relocation service through the NoBroker. For that on 5th June 2022 i have paid token amount of 4050 and insurance amount 3000. Total 7050 paid for getting the service.

Rental agreement refund due to cancellation

I opted for rental agreement from nobroker.in and i paid 2665 rupees for it. But there was no response from the nobroker for the biometric appointment. Hence due to no response i cancelled the service and now i am waiting for the confirmation for refund.

No Broker's moving service was extremely unprofessional, with no response or customer support for over 2 weeks.

Lying about delivery and ETA post completed payment

On 8 June, big mirror item was picked up by Movers and Packers and they were supposed to get delivered to Mumbai within 7-10 days.

But even after almost 21+ days, there is no delivery and no ETA. Each time I reach out to the NoBroker team, I get a new false ETA with promises of call backs which do not come. Refund of packers and movers

I have booked No broker packers and movers on 4th of June for with 6th June pickup appointment. But 5th of June vendor denied the pickup due to vehicle shortage. So i asked them to cancel at the same 5th of June. It got cancelled by Mr.Puneeth and he committed within 5 bank working days. I have received all cancelled email and refund amount email from them. Today (28th June 2022). i received call from someone telling that they are from Citi bank who name is Rahul Sharma and called for transfer the redeem rewards point as a cash to my credit card so that he asked for card 16 digit number and otp to transfer the amount. Packers and Movers Service - Damages

The worst ever experience on the Packers & Movers service from No Broker team and highly disappointing. They are just getting into the same boat of No after sales service and all good till the time payments are done and no support at all after the same.
And we can't talk to anyone in the hierarchy as the customer care executives are available to just give you the basic info and no escalation.
