Complaint Details:
I subscribed to the Super Tenant Relax Plan offered by NoBroker with the expectation of receiving dedicated assistance from a Relationship Manager (RM) to find a rental property as per my preferences.
However, the RM assigned to me has displayed complete negligence and unprofessionalism:
She never responds to my calls or messages, no matter how many times I follow up. Despite requesting a callback for three consecutive days, there was no response from her side.
She has not proactively shortlisted any property that matches my preferences. I am specifically looking for an unfurnished flat with a modular kitchen, but she keeps suggesting fully furnished and higher-priced flats — often in the same society I’ve shortlisted, which clearly shows she is not even checking my preferences.
Property visits are scheduled without checking my availability, and even the field agents are uninformed, which was confirmed by the agent directly on a call. This shows poor coordination and a lack of responsibility.
She lied about updating my preferences in the system. I cross-verified on the NoBroker portal, and no changes were made. I have screenshots of this.
This is negligence at every level, and it’s affecting both my time and peace of mind. I feel cheated as the service I paid for is not being delivered at all.
I request the following:
Immediate deactivation of the RM services.
Downgrade my plan to the basic or standard plan.
Refund the difference amount between the Super Tenant Relax Plan and the downgraded plan.
I have screenshots and documented evidence of all the points mentioned above, and I am happy to provide them on request.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate this further through official consumer forums and legal platforms.
