[Resolved]  Nobroker — Token Advance not refunded

I finalized an apartment through NoBroker, with the property being handled by one of their Relationship Agents. After paying a token advance to secure the deal, the owner unexpectedly changed their mind, stating they would only rent to Hindus. I promptly informed the agent and requested the return of the token advance, which was agreed upon within 24 hours. However, it's been two weeks since then, and despite numerous emails and attempts to contact them via phone, I have yet to receive the refund of 10, 000 rupees. Each time I reach out, I'm told that they are investigating or that the matter has been passed to another team, with no indication of when I can expect the refund. This situation has left me without a home and out of pocket, with no resolution in sight.

Well number was given and somebody did reach out. However I am still waiting for the refund. Yes I am eligible for the refund however it's more than 3 weeks and I haven't recieved the refund. So you have delayed in processing the same. Disappointed!!!
