[Resolved] Nobroker — Token amount taken by owner on false statements , later trying to change agreement

Agent Premsagar from nobroker had dealt a property for me in Nandini layout Bangalore . We had agreed on certain amount . First he asked me to pay 1k token amount then 5k then 10k . There was some issues with owner but she agreed for 5k token, 60k deposit and rent from May . But later after receiving token amount she changed the deposit amount to 75k and rent from April and now agent is compelling me to take that property anyhow . Owner isn't refunding .
