Nobroker — Took money and didn provide service on time

After subscribing their plan for 2000 plus rupees, I was not able to access the owner’s details. When given complaint, they said due to technical issue from their end and the issue get resolved in 12 hours. They failed to give the solution even after 12 hours. I told them to get the refund. They rectified the technical issue when I asked for a refund and told them I was not in need of their service anymore.They take money from the customer and provide the service as and when they feel like.No professionalism, no ethics..It would be better sit on street and beg than looting poor customers.
