[Resolved]  Nobroker — Took the payment but not providing the services

I find myself in a challenging situation. Six days ago on 10th Feb 2024 (Saturday), I made a payment to Norbroker for house hunting services. Ganpati Vishnu from customer support assured me that I could begin visiting flats starting 11th February 2024, Sunday, with a promised relationship manager and field manager to assist in negotiations.

Unfortunately, since then, I've received no communication from Ganpati Vishnu or my assigned relationship manager, Prathima. Despite numerous attempts to connect and seek assistance, my calls have been consistently disconnected by the norbroker. Over the past six days, I've made over 50+ calls, only to be placed on hold or disconnected each time.

12th February 2024, I reached an escalation number ([protected]) and spoke with Haseena, Danish, and Jasmine. They informed me that my account has not been activated, despite my payment being made already on 10th Feb 2024 (Saturday). Regrettably, they continue to provide the same treatment—holding calls and offering no solutions.

With only 15 days left to finalize a house, the stress is mounting. I've already paid 8.5k, and if Norbroker doesn't assist me soon, I'll be forced to seek another broker, incurring further costs. I've even requested a refund, but they don't listen.

The behavior of Norbroker's team, consistently disconnecting calls without offering solutions, is mentally taxing/ Toxic and harassing.

Over the past few days, I have experienced severe mental harassment from Norboker, which has had detrimental effects on my health. The constant stress and anxiety caused by their actions have resulted in a significant increase in my blood pressure and frequent anxiety attacks. As a consequence, I have been unable to maintain my well-being and have experienced a decline in my overall health.

Furthermore, I wish to file a formal complaint against five team members, namely Ganpati Venkat, Parthima, Haseena, Danish, and Jasmine, for their ill treatment towards me during calls. On multiple occasions, they have disconnected my calls abruptly and kept me on hold for extended periods without any valid reason. Such behavior has only exacerbated my mental anguish and further contributed to my deteriorating health.

To support my complaint, I have attached the following documents:
Payment receipt demonstrating the transaction made through UPI.
Screenshots documenting the numerous follow-ups I have made through the application.
Screenshots displaying the frequency and duration of the calls I have attempted.

I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter promptly. Mental harassment and ill treatment have no place in our society. It is imperative that steps are taken to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all customers, particularly by customer support teams like Nobroker, who are responsible for upholding these standards.

I have experienced significant mental distress due to the handling of my issue by your team. I have cried and begged like hell on calls, and I urge you to listen to the recordings which happen for your customer support team as a proof. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter before March 1st, 2024 because I will be homeless after 28th February 2024, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Consequently, my patience has worn thin, and I am now deeply frustrated and irritable.

I have meticulously documented evidence of my interactions and the lack of progress made. Therefore, I demand a full refund of the amount paid. I expect this refund to be processed today, and I request confirmation of the refund via email.

At this juncture, I am not interested in further explanations, apologies, or expressions of regret. My sole focus is on obtaining the refund that is rightfully mine

I received the refund, but it was deducted for 3 contacts that I supposedly viewed, which never happened. However, I agreed to the refund on a prorated basis because a deduction of 300+ rupees is better than no refund at all.
