[Resolved] Nobroker — two debits for single plan, no response on refund

On 25th april i have paid for basic plan of amount rs.1178 including tax, however plan did not got active, i received a call from kavita of no broker.com and sent me a link via mail to retry payment and she promised that the older transaction will be refunded. I trusted her and paid again. Till date i have not got any refund of the transaction, there is no proper response from them.

company has refunded the said amount which is debited twice, i have received a confirmation mail from [email protected] i thank consumer complaint forum for resolving this issue, initaially i was ignored by NO broker.com, after i raised complaints through Consumer complaints forum they responded immediately and taken action instantly. thnaks a ton.

Hi, As per the update from the finance team they have initiated the refund for an another payment which was done from your end. The amount will be reflected in your account in 10 -12 working days.
