[Resolved] Nobroker — Unable to get the refund of 21000

I had booked a flat for rent in Bangalore on 17th December using noBroker service. I had paid 21000 rupees to the noBroker team as service charge upon finalization of the apartment. 2 days later the owner backed out and said that he can't rent the apartment but the nobroker team has not refunded my 21000 yet. I'm calling and emailing them almost everyday but nothing is happening.
