Nobroker — Unauthorized credit card debit at NoBroker on 19 Aug 2025 refund requested

On 19 Aug 2025 around 5 05 PM an unauthorized debit of Rs 57693.80 appeared on my Kotak credit card last four 1267 with merchant name NOBROKER TECHNOLOGI. I did not place any order or receive any service. The amount seems to be processed without my consent after a fraud phone call where my OTP was taken by deception. I have blocked the card and raised a dispute with Kotak with service reference [protected] and also reported to cyber authorities. Kindly cancel the transaction stop settlement and issue a full refund. Please share order or invoice details buyer email phone IP and delivery status to assist the investigation.
