[Resolved] Nobroker — Unethical behavior of NoBroker packers and movers. | |||
1) I entrusted noBroker for the transport of my goods from Bangalore to Delhi. For this purpose I specifically booked noBroker and not any other 3rd party vendor, which they booked on my behalf (chary Express) without my consent. 2) On the day of packaging, despite committing the time slot of 8-10 AM on 28th August, the team arrived at 4.30 PM, causing me to miss my plans ahead and face a lot of financial loss. The packaging team mentioned that they had picked up another job locally, causing them to utilize all their time and energy. 3) Because of this, as they were basically working overtime till 10.30 PM, both of my vehicles were taken by them in their cargo truck without any sort of packaging. Also, towards the end of the day, the team started to neglect my requests on how more expensive items needed to be packed. I was promised that the remaining items will be packed and the photos will be shared with me next morning. However, I didn't receive the photos till 31st Aug. 4) Since the beginning of booking, I was told by my movement manager Mr. Shoaib that under normal circumstances the goods shall reach within 8-10 Days . During this week on a phone call I was informed that the goods have been dispatched and will reach the destination within 3-6 days. 5) Upon enquiring Muskaan from Chary express on 5/Sept/2021, she blatantly mentioned that the goods have not been dispatched yet and are not going to get dispatched before 2 more days. In normal course, the goods should have arrived at their destination by now, however due to immense negligent behavior and dishonest claims, there is no sign of progress. As of now, they are claiming that goods have been loaded in the final truck and will dispatch from Bangalore tonight. I have not received a tracking number yet. Each day I'm bearing a huge loss as my work from home is being hampered without my goods. I expect respected authorities to take stern actions against the lousiness of responsible persons and get the goods delivered as early and safely as possible now.
