[Resolved]  Nobroker — Unfair Cancellation Charges and Lack of Transparency

I availed NoBroker's Khata transfer service for ₹11000. However, after initiating the service, NoBroker demanded an amount higher than what was agreed upon at the time of booking. This forced me to cancel the service. Despite the cancellation, NoBroker imposed excessive cancellation charges amounting to nearly 50% of the total payment, which were not clearly disclosed in their policy. I attempted to resolve the matter amicably by seeking clarification and a breakdown of the charges, but NoBroker failed to respond adequately. This constitutes an unfair trade practice and has caused financial and mental distress. I request a refund of the unjustified charges and appropriate compensation.
