I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker. We have been following up with their team for over a month regarding the painting work that was clearly mentioned in our rental agreement to be completed before handing over the house. However, when we moved in, the house was not painted.
After moving in, their team later asked us to get the painting done, which we had to decline due to medical reasons. At that time, they themselves confirmed that the painting had not been done and assured us that no money would be deducted for it.
Now, despite providing them with proof, NoBroker is falsely claiming that the painting was completed and is deducting charges for services that were never provided. Each time we followed up, they kept saying “give us one more day or two, ” but no action was ever taken.
This kind of false commitment and lack of accountability is unacceptable. NoBroker should maintain transparency and deliver what is promised in the agreement instead of charging customers for incomplete or unprovided services. Was this information helpful? |
