Nobroker — Unfulfilled service and unresponsive support

I have been using @NoBroker on and off for five years for my rentals in Hyderabad and, honestly, never had a good experience. Recently, I decided to give them another chance for my Mumbai property, but things only got worse.

I paid for their rental agreement service, including a biometric process that was never performed. They promised a refund for the biometric fee, but despite multiple requests and follow-ups, I’ve received no response. Every time I contact customer support, I’m told my issue has been “forwarded to the concerned department” — but I honestly don’t know if this department even exists or if they’re just trying to fool me.
