Nobroker — Unprofessional behaviour and false promises

Pathetic service!! Its a money extortion scheme first they will promise properties and assure you that there are ample options to choose from in your area and once you purchase the plan they simply vanish. Even after paying a hefty 8800 for their Super tenant plan and clearly stating the requirement to their executive at that time they promised almost 45-50 properties match my requirements and once i bought the premium nobody bothered to call in the first 3 hr and when asked for a refund suddenly the Relationship manager called stating its non refundable service when i tried to contact them for more than an hour. When ironically no service was provided. Now after the discussion the person suddenly raise their hands and says there are no properties in your budget either raise the budget or select different area. Its been two days i am calling them through their pathetic app as no number was provided of the on field person. No call backs no follow ups and no property recommendations [protected]@their end.
They are very rude while speaking and its like doing us a favour even after paying almost the same amount as a broker. Suhel khan from
pune loaction in Baner area is very unprofessional. He spoke to me very rudely and simply mentioned you paid the money to no broker talk to them you didn’t pay to me. It was abusive and harassing experience. I simply want my refund and strict action against your agent Suhel Khan.
