Nobroker — Unprofessional service from NoBrokers interiors

Hi,
I have ordered for no brokers interiors services on end of Nov 2022. and paid 5% of the money.
Now that its been more than 3 months and I see design in-charge keep delaying my work saying it is stuck at some or other process.
I paid more than 50% amount of final quote more than a month ago but still production as they promised did not even started.
Please at least refund back remaining money keeping 5% as it is promised that until production starts, we don't have to pay 50%. I paid all the amount in my bank balance with the hope that production starts but now that I am in a situation where not even able to pay EMI for home loan as well rent.
Please help me refund back my paid money keeping 5% as I can see production might not start anytime soon.

I will need your help as I am helpless now as no body to ask.
Hope no brokers don't loose trust of its customers by giving false expectations.
