Hey, I'm Karthikeyan
This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 21st of November 2022 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
---****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 50, 387.68 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on your SBI Bank Credit Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.
--- Hi, you have spent INR 50, 387.68 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on[protected]; using your SBI Bank Credit Card (XXXXXX).

Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.
Kindly help me in this.

    I paid 3609 on 19th January, 2023 and it's 7th February, 2023 today but still haven't received the agreement. The RM is not helpful at all. We're not able to shift also.

      I had taken the Owner Money back plan worth Rs.7669 on 11-Oct-22 and I was informed that the house would be rented out through no brokers within 60 days. If not, I would get a full refund.

      1. The house was not rented out through NoBroker within 60 days (11-Dec-22)
      2. I found my current tenant from another source and the house was occupied from 07-Jan-23 only
      3. During 60 days, If I got any tenant from NoBroker, I might not request for full refund. Even, few tenants visited through NoBroker, initially agreed to occupy, but later due to personal constraint, they dropped off. Even few marriages are getting dropped during last minute after proper engagement, wedding invitation printing, marriage hall booking etc., but, you would have seen marriages called off during the last minute. For them it's not possible and required to apply for Divorce (since, the marriage called off before Registered Marriage).
      4. Similarly, If I got a tenant, I would have produced Rental Agreement. Even, I informed my CRM that the talk dropped off, he insisted me to produce Rental Agreement. Without a tenant, how could I produce a rental agreement. I could produce RA only after getting the tenant. Hope you understand the logic behind it.

      Even, I asked NoBroker team to go and verify that the home, which was still Vacant for more than 75 days. But, they did not respond.
      Moreover, I asked them to provide bathroom cleaning service on 05-Jan-23, since my tenant planned to shift the home on 07-Jan-23. No response.

      I still didnot get proper reply from NoBroker team...

      I repeat, I cannot submit Rental Agreement without a tenant. I could produce the agreement only after getting the tenant.

However, if we are not able to find a tenant, we will refund the amount as per the terms and conditions of the plan if you are eligible for the same. Also, we want our customers to have a seamless experience with our cleaning service. We regret that you didn't get any response from our end.       Yes, I agree that you gave your effort in finding a tenant. Unfortunately, NoBroker was not able to find a tenant within 60 days. The house was vacant for more than 75 days. Even I asked NoBroker team to go and validate, no body responded and tried to reject my refund request. Without any logic, NoBroker keep on asking for Rental Agreement. How can I produce RA without tenant. If I got a tenant, I would have produced Rental Agreement. Thanks for your understanding. I got a call from customer care before 3 days and they promised to resolve within 24 hours. As usual, I didnot get any reply afterwards,

      Kindly escalate this and get my amount refunded asap.

        I am Praveen, I had shifted the house and I had taken nobroker packers and movers service with HSPM-6156942 .

        There are so many dents and scratches on fridge, microwave, and the 3-seater wooden sofa is shaky. While unloading I clearly told then to use staircase but they preferred passing the items from top of their vehicle based on their convenience.

        I was told electronic items will be bubble wrapped but they just wrapped it in a comforter cloth and packed it.

        Also, they asked for extra money and took 300rs as conveyance charge. Attached are some of the images of damages caused to my items.

        I raised concern with movement manager and nobroker customer service but there is no response and they are not responding to mail. I am at loss due to miss handling of electronic items and ended up paying for repair cost.
        Service was outsourced by nobroker to a 3rd party and now they are not owning up or taking responsibility.

            They keep insisting on receiving the payment immediately so I made the payment On 12 Jan 2023. They sent me a draft and I had to follow up with multiple representatives from different departments then I got the corrections made. On 3 Feb 2023, they are sending me a final draft which looks the same as the first draft. I am appalled by this incompetence.

            - I paid for paid assistance for the house search - The rep did not give me one good house, I searched the house myself in the app
            - NoBroker's movers and packers incorrectly estimated my house items so I had to privately book another vehicle
            - The rental has been a mess since then

            Are the staff ill-trained? overworked? merely careless? I have no idea why it is a harrowing experience to work with NoBroker

              I have made a payment for rent agreement of Rs 2757 and a payment for police verification of Rs 1500. Now its more then 18 days and i have not yet received my money back. Everytime they are giving me various reasons.

                I have been asking for a call back for the error they have made on my rental agreement stamp paper and I have already done the payment and e signatures has to be done for which the discount had been given due to the trauma that they have caused to me, every night staying awake and chatting with the customer care and all they say is you will receive a call back and I have escalated the
                Issue.i haven't received callback, neither email nor responses on the WhatsApp texts or the WhatsApp calls .

                It's devastating that each time a different customer care chats and each time they ask the same questions, say the Same words sorry, you will receive callback in 24 hours, it's escalated.

                I am exhausted and want a resolution and callback right today

                  Nobroker has marked my account and ads INACTIVE

                  I've been using NoBroker to post property rental ads for the past 5 yrs but all of a sudden since November 2022 I am unable to post a rental ad.

                  Now suddenly my account is marked as inactive and my ads also inactive (they go from 'under review' to 'inactive' in a few seconds)

                  Customer service agents are not giving me any answers or a solution for this issue. I saw complaints on this forum where people have had...

                    I had paid a legal service fee of 47k to nobroker which I didn’t utilize since I didn’t make any property purchase from them.
                    It’s been a month since the amount is not refunded to me. On chasing them over calls and emails they simply loop one another to look into it or say sorry and quote “we will get back to you”.
                    Very unprofessional behaviour to loot innocent customers! Still awaiting for the amount to be refunded back!

                      I paid for the nobroker legal services fees of 47k which was completely unused by me since I didn’t make any property purchases.
                      I am still chasing people from nobroker to give me the refund. Each agent passes the calls/emails to others with no proper response to the refund.
                      I want noboker to refund the unused legal services amount i have paid asap! Its been a month since i am awaiting for the refund amount to reflect in my account.

                        Its been more than 6 days I opted for agreement service and paid 10000 rs but no response. Customer support keeps saying will arrange callback but no call. No response to email. When relationship manager is on leave, nobody is there to listen your concern. What to do? How to contact them? Ho I can get my money back?

                          There was a listing for a 2BHK Flat in DSR Green Apartment Whitefield on 25th January by an owner named Alok Jaitawat.

                          On contacting the owner, he asked for 2000 Rs for visiting the property (said that it was for generating a visiting token and will be refunded after you visit the flat). I sent the money to Pawan Kumar Bairwa ([protected]) on Paytm. After sometime, he asked for Rs 4000 saying that there is some technical issue in generating the token and will be resolved as soon as you pay. I refused to pay this amount and asked him to refund Rs 2000 since I was no more interested in his flat. He said he can't refund and even asked for my account no so that he could transfer the money to which I refused again.

                          Please take the necessary actions.

                            Hi All,

                            We heard a very good feedback from my friend about NoBroker interior work. But our experience till now has been very bad from the day the design was locked. Let me emphasis a few of the pain points here.

                            1) There was a huge difference in the initial approximate quote and one which we received after design changes. Initial quote from your team was ~3 lakh before we ended with an agreement by paying 5% of amount. Post the design discussion, it came to ~7 lakh without much of structural change from our end. We were pretty clear about our requirement from day 1. As we couldn't move out the deal as we already paid a certain amount (5%) which was non-refundable, we descoped some of the work (like shoe rack & all) and tried to bring down the quote to our budget.

                            2) After the design has been locked down and we made the required payment (almost 50% of the entire quote). Post that there has not been any update shared on the progress of the work. We feel lucky if your production incharge to pick up the call (Hari Ganesh). The project lead Mr. Sharukh is hard to reach by. Either he is sick out or not reachable. He never responded back to call or message.

                            3) When we went for the drilling work as suggested by your so called designer, we got to know our is a Mivan construction and we can't drill hole in the core. My whole design was based on some of the drilling in the core. The whole kitchen interior aesthetic now went for a toss because your designer couldn't read out that it is Mivan construction. Being subject matter expert, it was the minimum expected from them. What is point of consulting nobroker when I need take care of all the corner cases.

                            4) I have already paid 50% of the fees and as per the terms I need to pay 30% after half of the work is completed on site. Forget about half of the work, they have not even started anything. Now I need to make the payment based on work which has been done in the factory which I don't have any visibility.

                            5) Initially ETA from your team was 3rd Feb for all the work and the material was suppose to be delivered by 23rd of Jan. Now there seems to be some QC issue which they don't want to reveal and saying it will be delayed by 2 days. Fact of the matter is, the new date for completion shifted by almost a week (10th of Feb). I have already committed to my tenant and taken advance for 10th Feb, keeping 1 week in buffer.

                            Totally unprofessional service from NoBroken and killed my entire excitement about the work. Given a choice I definitely want to move out of this mess.

                              I purchased the moneyback plan to rent out my commercial unit last month and was reassured that if the unit gets rented out through other sources, I will get a full refund of the amount minus 1499/- service charge.

                              Now, when I have uploaded my rent agreement to claim a refund, the RM Swagatika says that the claim is rejected because the rent agreement is for 25000 and my negotiable amount was 35000.

                              My first question is how can a unit which has an ask price of 27000 have a negotiated price of 35000?

                              Secondly, she says that the built up area of the unit in the agreement does not match what I told her verbally on the phone. I mentioned to her that our rent is based on our carpet area and built up area is just an estimate.

                              She also said that she cannot make me listen to the recording where “I” have said that my negotiated last price is 35k.

                              She point blank said that my refund is rejected and she cannot do anything as she is just doing what she has been asked to do.

                              I have taken another service from NoBroker packers and movers and they have misplaced one of my boxes too.

                              Now they are trying to make me settle for a claim of 3000 rupees when my insurance amount for the goods is 50000.

                                So I purchased a freedom plan on NoBroker app to find rental properties. I am registered with email- adilrahman.[protected]@gmail.com. I paid around 1800 including taxes. I get 25 contacts. I contacted 2 of them in 3 days. The next day i find that I am unable to contact any owner. Curious to find out why i dialled NoBroker support. I was informed there is a technical issue with my account and will be resolved within 12 hours. That 12 hours never came. I am still waiting for my account to be active so that I can contact owners. They have just looted me and i don't know how many other consumers. I have read thousands of reviews like this on other websites. I am surely filing a case on them in Consumer court. They can't keep looting everyone like this.

                                  A Big fraud...took money did nothing...and now no refund. U can only like the reviews...everything else is disabled.

                                    I had opted for nobroker moneyback policy to find a rented accom in bangalore on 26th nov. As per policy, if i found a home on my own or by sources other than nobroker, I am eligible to get the subscription amount i.e Rs. 7078 back, and will not be charged anything.
                                    I provided the rental agrrement for verfiication to claim the subscription charges and got successfully verfied by nobroker agent and was promised to get the refund credited by 10 Jan 2023. I got the refund initiated message on 3 january 2023 (screenshot for this is attached), which said the money should be credited within 7 days from then.
                                    Its not yet credited, and received no further communication from them.
                                    Please help.

                                      As No Broker company has suggested, I have taken the service for the warehouse ( storage company name : we care for packers and movers ) from April 2021 to October 2022.
                                      Recently I have shifted to Bangalore and got the Item from the storage.
                                      I was very much disappointed after receiving the Items. I have got many damaged items.
                                      The most disappointing thing for me is the damaged TV, which I bought in Aug 2020 at the price of Rs.50000.

                                      I have all the detailed conversation for taking warehouse service with No Broker. Customer Reference Number: HSPM-1675554.

                                      I have tried to connect both the company No Broker and We care packers and Movers but all in vain.

However, as the damage to goods caused was in the month of October, partner denied providing compensation. We are own our limits in this case. Hence, we are closing your complaint.
