I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Rent
The issue that I have experienced was: I am mailing and calling NoBroker Team without much success. It is with reference to Ticket ID 11590437.
I was doing a rent transaction on the 29th of July through NoBroker but the payment failed. But the same is deducted from my LazyPay card and it is showing successful in their system (LazyPay Statement Transaction ID TXN[protected].
LazyPay Team is asking for an email or SMS from NoBroker Team through me that the transaction failed. NoBroker Team just need to revert in the email that there was no successful transaction on the 29th of July, can you guys help me to get help with a reply and help me out to get the refund.
It occurred on: 29/06/2022
No Broker should cross-check with their account department and send an official reply to me and lazypay (cc: [protected]@lazypay.in) that they have not received the amount and the transaction failed.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
