[Resolved]  Nobroker — Worst experience with No Broker Movers and Packers

We booked no broker movers and packers service for our relocation to electronic city. No Broker people said they will charge me extra amount to provide premium services like professionals and safety of fragile items.

Little did i know that just want to mint money by taking bookings from people and dumping all my stuff ruthlessly everwhere in the apartment.

They sent smaller truck when i was charged for a bigger one. They refused to shift my television saying they cannot do it and charged me for it. They charged me for a carpenter but shifting labourers had to do that as well. My furni
furniture items were not properly packed. After all this when they had to unpack everything in the new apartment, they literally dumped everything from clothes to utensils to shoes on floor and once they got all their cartons emtied, they asked for the payment.

When we discussed with the no broker people about this they offered me a discount of 100 rupees for the trouble i suffered.

They told me i should have talked to them earlier when all this was happening but were not ready to acknowledge that i had been calling them for the whole day but noone answered the call.

My house is a mess right now and i do not know where to start arranging things from..There are shoes mixed with clothes and utensils in one place.

Pathetic service of No Broker Movers and Packers.One should never ever think of booking this one.
