In order to get a rented house I purchased Nobroker Relax plan on 21st March, 2024. I was assigned an Relationship Manager who initially was showing some random properties which were totally not as per my requirement.
Since today i.e. 23rd March, 2024 all my services just vanished, there is absolutely no way to contact the RM or Nobroker, noone is responding to calls. Everything just vanished, all my shortlisted properties and the contact of the owners. The nobroker charged me Rs 4129 for this valid for 45 days, but all the services just disappeared from my login. This clearly shows the unprofessional and unethical behaviour of Nobroker. They are just doing fraud in the name of services.
Please take strict action against Nobroker and ensure that they refund my full amount along with a compensation for this mental harassment.

    I booked a flat for rent on Thursday (7th March) at Sumadhura Anandam (C block, 214) and paid a token amount of Rs.10, 000 via NoBroker app. The link was provided by NoBroker RM, Sumukha after confirming me that the owner has agreed to the terms. However, when I spoke with the owner (Santosh), he said he never agreed to the terms of rent with NoBroker and he isn't willing to proceed. I have raised this issue with NoBroker on the same day, but i haven't received even a single callback even after raising this via different channels (email, customer care, relationship manager, etc.). PS: I'm also a "premium" member as i have purchased their Relax plan. Post this incident, my relax plan has also suddenly expired within 5 days of purchasing it! Original validity of the plan was 45 days. Reposting this as it has been more than 2 weeks since the incident and I still haven't received a resolution or any update whatsoever from NoBroker on this complaint. I have been following up on call/email/social media but still no response from NoBroker. Attaching email chain where with no response from NoBroker.

      On 1st of September 2022, I Sagorika Mukherjee, along with Prerana Narayan and Shruti Agarwal entered into an agreement with No broker Company. The company acted as a third party providing us with agency service acting as a intermediary between the owner and us.
      We paid a sum amount of Rs. 50, 000 as security deposit which was said to be returned by the owner after our tenancy period is over.
      The rent for the said lease agreement was 12000 per month which has been duly paid by us to the company. The owner seems to live in USA and thus has taken service from the company but all the power to take due decision still remained with the owner.
      According to the agreement, we were supposed to send a one month notice before vacating the property and the same was done from our end on 5th of January 2024. No action was taken from No brokers side about the same and later we have to call them to ensure the same is being done and thus it was done at the end time and we left the possession of the premise on 5th of January 2024.
      No inspection was done prior to 5th of February although new people kept coming to visit the property along with No brokers agent since 20th of January.
      After inspection was done on 5th of February, we kept on inquiring about the security deposit from the company till 24th of Feb. We have continuously called the company regarding the same and after a hefty of calls we received a settlement document by the company in which the company has arbitrarily shown an expenditure of Rs. amounting to 44000+ and showing expenses also one expense headed as 'general' and also added GST to the same and no such thing has been done on the property.
      After asking the company agent, he said that he is not aware when we will get the money back even though when we entered into the agreement and when we were vacating the same we were informed that the money would be refunded within 5 days from inspection.
      We have continuously been talking to the company regarding the same and also informed them that we will file a consumer case against them but nothing has been done by their end.
      We have talked to the owner and she replied via mail both to the company and us that she has refunded the whole amount to the company, she is not even deducting any money but no reply has been recieved from the company's end. The owner has not asked the company to do any repair and the repairs which it has sent were already broken or damaged items prior to our arrival as also confirmed by the owner.
      It has been a month and we have been suffering with mental agony due to company's misconduct and not providing us back with our money even when the owner has refunded the same.

        I am from Chennai and I am looking for new rental homes. No broker got my phone number in some way and asked me so many times to subscribe for Super Relax Plan, so that they will assign a relationship manager and field manager, they will do everything like searching houses, schedule meeting, visiting houses, etc. on behalf of me.

        After so many repeated calls from No broker, I believed their promises, and subscribed to Super Relax plan and it's around 8000+. It has been four days, as of now, I dont get any updates from relationship manager and field manager. Relationship manager not at all attending my call and also not replying to my chat.

        I don't even get details for a single property as of now. I dont understand why no broker urged me to subscribe the plan and why they don't care customers after subscribing.

        Really, I am frustrated because I mentioned them that I have only two weeks of time for shifting to new house. I don't see my relationship manager and field managers are working actively. So, I have tried myself booking a meeting for a house, when I tried contacting the owner, I heard voice message says that was already rented out. I am wondered how and why No broker shows rented out property in active available list. No one is helping me and I don't want anyone to help me out any more.

        I have escalated to No broker team and I believe they could have seen all my chat to relationship manager and there was no response from relationship manager side in chat.

        Also I chat with their support team two times for requesting a callback to say all my pains, and the best thing is still now I don't receive single callback.

        I requested No broker to refund my money through email. If they are gentle, they will return. Otherwise I can assume they are doing a beautiful scam and I can go any extreme to get justice.

        I don't receive any properties as per my requirements from NoBroker. Still now, I didn't even visit single property. Whatever I shortlisted house was rented out (after 3days) due to delay response from NoBroker. I don't want to proceed further. Please refund the money, I don't have second thought. I have recorded all the interactions with RM/FM and support team for proof with me and I don't have intention to post online, try to understand that and kindly refund my money.

        NoBroker driving me crazy, please stop all the work you are doing for me. I don't want to proceed further and waste my time any more. I believed your company and taken premium plan was my biggest mistake. This is really frustrating me and I am not feeling well because of irresponsibility. My blood pressure getting raised when I am thinking on this. If anything happened to me, it's all because of you. I am requesting you to stop further process and consider to refund my money. Thanks.

          Hello Sir

          I have approached NoBroker Team to purchase a resale property on Early December 2023. I have finalized the property based on the Seller Team information that this property is B-Khatha and DC Converted and Paid 2 Lakhs amount as a token Advance.
          1 Lakh for Buyer Nobroker Team (Transaction :nborder_[protected])
          1 Laks for Seller Nobroker Team(Transaction: nborder_[protected])

          Attached the Tranctionsaction details.

          After this Legal Nobroker team initially told to not to go with this property, as seller shared information is not correct. Issue here is this property is not B-Khatha and DC Converted. There is no Khatha and the reason seller told is it was coming under Panchayat Khatha.

          Based on the Legal Team advice i backed out from the property and requested nobroker team to refund my Token Amount.

          Last almost 3 months i am trying to struggle to get refund. There is clear ignorance that Nobroker team is always saying, checking your issue, Your money safe with us, We will update.

          2 Lakhs amount is not a small amount for a person who is staying in rented house. It can be 1 year of my rent, 2 years of my grocery .

          Nobroker team should do the needful ASAP.

          I have attached some of the responses for reference .

          I have decided to fight for the justice. This is the first step i am taking and do let me know if this wont be resolved here. Also i have been into lot of stress due to this loss . my family is not talking to me properly.

          I have tried to contact Customer Care for Nobroker from their website. No responses coming also .

          I didnt receieve any update from NoBroker. Because of sharing mobile number in the update i am getting multiple calls from Fraudsters saying calling from Nobroker to refund your amount.

          Somehow i am getting into more propblem due to Nobroker team mistake

          Somehow i dont know how can i delete my mobile number from this portal also.

          I tried contact support as well. No luck

          I hired a Legal Professional . Making a complaint here didnt help for me. i have started sending Legal notice already to Nobroker for this. Nobroker team simply ignoring and saying unacceptable reasons to deny my refund. i will legally face them further

            Hey, I'm Rahul Mandaviya
            This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 12th March 2024 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

            Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and inform the axis bank block all transactions about the e-fraud.

                I wish to file a formal complaint regarding the inadequate service provided by Nobroker in handling my furniture transport needs. During a recent interaction with one of Nobroker's representatives, I provided a comprehensive list of my furniture items. Following this, I was directed to make an advance payment via a provided link.

                However, upon completing the payment, I discovered that the vehicle arranged by Nobroker was insufficient to accommodate my furniture, which includes large items unsuitable for an 8-foot vehicle. Upon contacting Nobroker's support team to address this issue, I was informed that I would be charged extra for a larger vehicle, a detail that was not communicated to me initially.

                Despite my attempts to resolve the matter and seek a refund due to the discrepancy in service, Nobroker has adamantly refused to refund the payment. Additionally, I have been waiting for resolution for over two weeks, with promises of a follow-up contact going unfulfilled.

                This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I trust that your Consumer Complaints Department will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure fair treatment and resolution for consumers like myself.

                  Yes, i thought that the property has been finalized and that's why I had paid the token amount. Why did the owner refuse to go ahead with the deal if NoBroker had confirmed the same with owner?? The most frustrating part is that there has been no response from NoBroker concerned RMs/customer care for last 5 days. I have tried calling, emailing, chatting all possible channels but all i got is that "we will arrange a callback from concerned team". However, I never received a callback from the "concerned" team yet. I have described my issue to around 6-7 different customer care executives/call operators. They just say that they have alerted the concerned team and i will get a call back (in 2 mins/2hours/4hours). But all these were just false promises as no one has called me back yet.

                      I had taken up a refundable premium service from Nobroker.com, where they will find a suitable tenant for me within 60 days from the package is tenant. The terms and conditions sent by NoBroker did not specify anything with related to the refund clause when a tenant backs out at the last minute. While I told about the same only after the tenant has backed out, they keep saying cannot process refund. I have sent an email with their clauses but no reply received from them.

You are not answering why the terms and conditions shared to me, did not specify about the non refund if the tenant has backed out? Also, why the re-activation of the same plan is not possible for 3 months immediately after the refund is received? These are not specified to the terms and conditions shared to me.                         THIS is in continuation with my email sent to you on 20th February 2024, with the subject - Nobroker not you are tension broker. I have attached that email to this email for your reminder and reference.

                        Despite asking you to set my profile right you have failed to do so and have rather upgrade my plan to Super Post Paid token, and by doing this, i have lost my shortlists and previous contacted owner phone numbers

                        In fact when I click to get an owner's contact number, I get my RM Mahesh Prabhu's number. When I speak to my RM, he tells me that my plan is upgraded and I will have a dedicated FRM. who will get my details.

                        WHO ARE YOU TO UPGRADE THE PLAN WITHOUT ASKING ME OR TAKING MY CONSENT FOR THE SAME?

                        I DO NOT NEED THIS FIELD RM PLAN WHICH WILL REQUIRE ME TO PAY Rs. 60, 000/- WHETHER IT IS OPTIONAL OR COMPULSORY TO PAY.

                        I WANT MY OLD PLAN BACK, WHO ARE YOU TO DO SUCH AN UNWANTED IRRITATING FAVOUR FOR ME,

                        MR. AKHIL, MR. VARUN, I GOT A CALL FROM MS. JYOTHI OF THE ESCALATION DEPARTMENT, WHO TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL TRY TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE AND HAS ASKED ME NOT TO FURTHER ESCALATE. I TOLD HER THAT IF I DO NOT GET RESOLUTION IN TWO DAYS, I WILL ESCALATE AGAIN, NOW I AM AGAIN ESCALATING AFTER 5 DAYS.

                        FIRST OF ALL YOUR RMs DO NOT CALL BACK ON TIME OR AS COMMITTED, THEN OVER ALL THAT YOU TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT, UPGRADE IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND PUT ME ON SOME PLAN THAT I DON'T WANT?

                        NOW MR, AKHIL, MR, VARUN I need a solution for this and a call back from someone in a senior position, not some executive who has no idea what is happening cause I am sick and tired of speaking to executives.

                        NOW LOOK, I DO NOT NEED YOUR RM EITHER NOR YOUR FRM., Call me and we could talk and sort out this irritating issue.

                        MAYBE YOUR SERVICE IS GOOD ONLY FOR APARTMENTS, AND NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL // INDEPENDENT HOUSES. There is a lot you need to learn about the independent house market in Bangalore.

                        NOW MR, AKHIL, MR, VARUN I need a solution for this and a call back from someone in a senior position, not some executive who has no idea what is happening and who try to sell me you legal services or movers and packers services, or maybe someone from the top level could call, cause I am tired of speaking to executives and repeating my problem.

                        take my email id search for avchadda or my name in yoru databasem I wil not be posting my contact details on a public forum.

                        If you do not have my contat number, it goes to show how badly you mantain customer details

                        I have again sent an email and escalated this issue further.

                          I had given a quotation to create a new rental agreement and it's now been 20 days I'm waiting for the original copy.

                          They had sent me the soft copy online on 13-2-24 and now the nobroker rental department refuses to share the hardcopy.

                          They keep laying more excuses, backend team is checking, concerned team is checking but none of them knows the exact status. This guy called - Obul reddy is absolutely irresponsible for this as he is in charge of the same.

                          I have been sending multiple emails and calling them everyday for an update. But they just give more excuses.

                          Please help me get the original copy as soon as possible. Thank you

                          An amount of ₹10, 000 has been debited from my account by a fraudulent transaction from the No broker team.

                          They told me to install the icici application, share otp, pin number for getting the refund and fraudulently claimed ₹10000.

                          Please get back to me as soon as possible. Please do take strict action against the same.

                            This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 21st Jan 2024 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.I got an ad of a earbuds, when I try to buy it the link went to the Amazon fake page, they made me enter Credit card details and then the OTP, after that the page closed unexpectedly and they deducted 19753.11 amount from my Credit Card account.
                            The name from which OTP came and went from cash account was NOBROKER TECHNO
                            The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-

                            The One Time Password (OTP) for your transaction at NOBROKER T of INR 19753.11 with your SBI Credit Card ending 1163 is ******.
                            This OTP is valid for 10 minutes or 1 successful attempt, whichever is earlier. Please note that this OTP is valid only for this transaction and cannot be used for any other transaction.
                            Please do not share this One Time Password with anyone.

                            I got mails from SBI alert too.
                            Please note that I have participated in the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place in the site similar to amazon billing page. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message.

                              Total house shifting with 2 ac we have taken a contract for 9000, once the house hold items are shifted then they have taken full money along with ac shifting also(4000 for 2 ac). From then they have started saying un installation is not added you need to pay 1500 extra even for that we have accepted then the vendor came and told 5000 extra on top of what Nobroker has already charged then only he will do(total 10500 only for ac shifting), and when we ask for cancellation no broker is saying only 50% they can return. They are not doing the work and they are not returning the money. Reliance rescue team gave a quotation for 4500 + extra material if needed.
                              No broker is cheating customers like anything. Please do the needful.

                                I am writing to share my disappointing experience with NoBroker, a platform purportedly offering seamless property rental and purchase services. My encounter with NoBroker highlights their deceptive practices and abysmal customer service.

                                Before purchasing their plan, NoBroker bombarded me with calls every hour. However, once I subscribed to their plan, their attitude towards customer service drastically changed. Despite their initial enthusiasm, they seemed oblivious to my identity and failed to provide the promised services.

                                Upon contacting NoBroker multiple times regarding the technical issues preventing me from accessing contact details of house owners, I received nothing but vague assurances and empty promises. They consistently cited "technical issues" without offering concrete solutions or timelines for resolution.

                                Furthermore, when I inquired about a refund due to their failure to deliver on their commitments, NoBroker callously dismissed my request, claiming they were unable to process refunds.

                                This experience with NoBroker is indicative of their lack of integrity and disregard for customer satisfaction. Their deceptive tactics before purchase, coupled with their inability to address customer concerns post-purchase, underscore a troubling pattern of behavior.

                                In light of these revelations, I strongly caution against engaging with NoBroker. Their unprofessionalism and dishonesty undermine consumer trust and warrant serious consideration before entrusting them with any business.

                                  The tank of my bike got completely damaged, because of which I had to replace the entire tank. And the no broker team is not even compensating me with 50 percent of the amount. The total cost for repair is 11000. Pathetic service by nobroker

                                    It was terrible experience with AC installation. The technician was not experienced at all and I definitely will not take any another service again .

                                    I paid 1900+GST to No broker and the installation was not completed as the technician didn’t had experience with Daikin AC installation. When I contacted customer support they mentioned that they would send another technician and need to wait for 48 hours.

                                    If I had to wait for 2-3 days for installation I would have paid 1500 only to Daikin AC professional and would have done it. Why I would I pay 1900+GST to No broker for AC installation and wait for 3 days to be completed.

                                    Since you could not provide technician within the expected time, I had to pay another 1500 extra to another technician to resolve the issue as you could not send another technician .

                                    So Instead of spending Rs.1500 to complete the installation, I had to spend more than Rs.3000 to complete the installation because of your inefficiency.

                                      I have ordered in NoBrokerHood but grocery not delivered.. raised a ticket (ticket # SUP-1588). But no response for more than 2 months.. even though this is a small amount which if they are doing such fraud with many people? They may loot hundreds of thousands across many users.. we are in a vulnerable situation where such big companies does not even help with such small issues. And the regulations are becoming a joke. Please help whoever can see this.

                                        The legal department of NoBroker took 23000 rs for khata transfer and after a month confirmed that can't be done and they will refund money. But after that from 3 months, I'm just following up and no one is responding.
