This is with reference to the home painting services booked on my registered number - [protected].
Service started on 7th August 2022, and still the same is yet to be completed even on the 10th day. Below are the people I have came across who aren't responding on completion of services.

I am very much disappointed by the complete unprofessional, rude and negligent behavior of the supervisor Rajkumar Kadam with me and my family members.
I need to remind him every single day for painting in every cover left, or plastering the left corners, or painting the grills etc, making me feel myself as supervisor to the service. Supervisor seemed to be very negligent so I had to visit the house every day to check the status of the work and remind him about the places left to be painted or plastered.
Supervisor denied to repair loft area where there is water tank, giving excuse that it is not possible to paint eventhough the area is within the reach. He gave excuses like "waha kaha hath jayega", even though it was completely within the reach.
He gave target of 4-5 days for completion of service and today is 10th day and counting but still the services are incomplete. We have postponed our pooja and shifting due to supervisor's carelessness multiple times.
He took extra 3300₹ apart from NoBroker quotation, giving excuse that there is some need of plaster on ceiling because there might be some leakage so plaster and waterproofing is the only permanent solution. Even after plaster, he spoiled the ceilings and when asked about spoiled leveling of ceilings, he answered that it is due to leakage.
Supervisor denied to pickup painting trash and left two gunny bags in our house. While asking him on the same, he replied rudely that "ye kya Mai mere ghar pe leke Jau kya, jis se baat karna hai kar lo, isko phekneka alag paisa lagega ".
No leveling and smoothening of walls done, and when complained about the same, supervisor replied that " putty, primer aur ab coat hogaya tab tak kuch boley nai, ab sab honey ke Baad bolneko aye, ab kuch nai hoga ". My only question to him was that" who is the supervisor, me or you? "
Sofa and other articles were removed, placed elsewhere for painting, which is not fixed back by supervisor, and everything is messed up. And when asked about the same, he replied that" Humko kya pata kya kaha rakha tha".
I asked supervisor to keep the leftover paint so that I can use it for future if there is any need on the walls. He again started arguing and denied rudely and again started insulting me.
I have shared all the photo and videos in below drive link with regards to the incidents. I am just following up with them for all the problems faced but no one is there to respond, thereby only left with an option to file an official Complaint.
Who will compensate for the delay, waste of time and money, and for the disappointing work done by supervisor and team?
