I recently went ahead and booked nobroker for their movers and packers services as I expected them to be professional and also had a good experience with their cleaning services.
However it was one of the worst decisions I must have taken. Reasons cited below:
1) Totally unprofessional as I get a call in the morning at 8:00am(when the vendor was supposed to come) stating that my booking is not yet confirmed
2) Randomly some boys were assigned and sent to pack my stuff 3.5 hours later. When speaking to these boys, I got to know they were students hired for 100rs
3) Noone knew to pack stuff and ended up picking and dumping all my stuff. Inspite of warning from us, they behaved rudely and continued to just throw things into boxes
4) Somehow the boxes were unloaded and everything was again just dumped at my destination address
5) I have started unpacking and find that a lot of expensive glassware has broken
6) Even worse, I found that 2 of my boxes are missing. They contain important kitchenware and bedsheets
7) This is easily worth 12-15k.
8) Noone from nobroker is responding and all that they do is say we will arrange for a call back
9) Hoping that somoene senior is looking into this and will help get this resolved at the earliest

    I used a REnt Pay option through NoBroker Application. Amount of Rs. 49999+589.99 was deducted from my account but transaction failed to get transferred to LandLord account through UPI even after 3 days. When i made a complain for the same, the amount of Rs. 49999 was refunded in 2 days but service charge for a failed transaction was never refunded. They denying it saying its there company policy not to refund service charge what so ever the reason.

    BUT how can i be charged for a failed transaction. Instead i should be paid interest for the amount they kept in there acccount for so many day. THIS IS PURE FRAUD. When you are not capable of transfering amount through RentPay then dont provide service.
    its very simple fraudalent way to earn money it seems.

      My property was not let out by No broker in 60 days . and They have not returned my money..
      I feel i got cheated by No broker .No one is listening to me ...They are passing ball from one team member to another ..and RM is saying it is tenant back out case without finalisation of tenant sgreement how they consider the interested person as tenant ...They have assigned one interested person as tenant he paid token money of 5000 i refunded the same as he was not agree to multiple points in normal rent agreement .No broker stopped giving service before completing the tenure of the plan 60 days and finally not refunded my money after 60 days .

      I have not received refund as per the plan and no broker has not rented out my property. Tenant was not finalised and No Broker has stopped the service.I have not received proper response .please response here what service you provided ..how you are claiming that you find tenant for me.

      Not received reply how tenant was finally searched by No Broker, any one can understand that tenant was not provided by No Broker in 60 days time .Please respond what benefit, I received for which they charged me .Field Officer, RM every one is knowing that tenant is not finalised then why I will not get refund?.Please explain here only so I can understand this is not a case of refund.RM Charu Prabha has left without providing tenant and Field Officer was not in touch with any RM so not refunded my key, all these are proof that tenant not finalised

        The service was availed on 28aug 22, where I communicated about the damage done to the goods while shifting to the service manager & labourers & they agreed that it is done by them . The very next day I spoke to Ankita about the over all damage done & the experience given -, I expected a call from them for how to go about the claiming damages as they have charged 500 inr extra as insurance for goods before shifting. But no call or email received from them .
        Issues : it was agreed 30 cartons but 15 cartons were given for shifting
        The vendor did not bring their own cutters or scissors for packings
        They started from 10:30am and finished by 11:30 pm in the same society distance from one tower to another was 350 meters they were very slow. Around 11:30 pm we did the payment & showed them the damages.
        On 29th aug I informed Ankita from no broker that about experience but did not got any revert/ actions
        This is totally harassing the customer
        Need explanation & compensation for this situation done by them .

          Hi Team,

          I used the nobroker account for transferring the rental through credit card. On 1st Sep 2022, I transfer the Rs 25295 (include process fee + GST), money was deducted from Card but transaction was declined I error message that " "Our site engineer is working on the error" and amount was not transferred to House owner. I thought money was rollback automatically, So I do the transaction on next day and the amount was successfully transferred to owner, But the transaction I made on 1st sep 2022 has not rollback yet. But I am not getting any response from nobroker team. Please help me to my refund ontime.

            I have not given permission for your manager or any person to sell my number and details to brokers/ shifting agencies/ tax agencies.

            Yet every minute i am getting calls telling me that Vikas from nobroker has passed my number and details to them.

            This is breach of privacy.
            Your useless services are not required and yet you have sold my personal information for your benefit to the agencies that advertise on your platform.

            Already dropped email on the same email id which has been conversing with me on movers and packers services.

            Stop the nonsense.

                  FYI..

                  Dear Team,

                  As discussed over the phone and after receiving my car was not in good condition. I was doing service in Noida and internal clearance also doing before handover my car to your representative but after receiving my car was not in good condition.

                  The fault was found after receiving my car as mentioned below.
                  1) Internal dashboard and seat were dirty.
                  2) Battery was broken and it is not working.
                  3) A/C is auto cut.
                  4) Spilt in co-driver seat and back side of the car.

                  I want my car as the condition was handover to your executive.

                  Households items Mumbai,

                  1) Almira glass broken and side damage.
                  2) Plastic chair broken.
                  3) TV screen showing red lines
                  4) Some kitchen item is damage.
                  5) AC not fitted yet – will confirm after fitting.
                  6) Trolly broken

                        I have booked no broker packers n movers by paying advance token amount, got a mail that movement manager is assigned. But to my surprise I cannot find any details of my payment in the app. They even say they too cannot find any booking on my number and email. Even after sending the payment details and movement manager assigned mail attached, they are not responding.I was supposed to move the next day but bcoz of these guys I had to cancel everything. Just as a response to your mail/complaint they say sorry for trouble n ask for contact details again but will not respond whatsover. I even posted in Twitter with the attachments but no response.

                            Money deducted but not credited to receiving end as it was Nobroker platform issue while refunding the money it deducted service charges and it was entirely it's own fault

                              I subscribed for the rental CPMS plan by paying Rs.6000 on 3rd April which is fully refundable and while the plan was active I got a call from NoBroker asking to buy a seller plan saying that there are potential buyers and I will be only connected to them if I buy the Seller plan and by current rental CPMS plan will be refunded. They made me buy a seller plan which is partially refundable by paying Rs.25000 for 90 days.
                              I am not satisfied with their services as they haven't kept their promises and I have been misguided and I have lost more than Rs.1Lakh, 3months of rent summing upto Rs.80000, Rs. 25000, Rs.6000 and I want a full refund with compensation. I have escalated the issue several times and have written emails and and haven't got any satisfactory response from them.
                              I have all proofs against them, invoices, emails, photos, etc...

                                This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 29th of August 2022 11:45pm through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS.

                                The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
                                ---****** is OTP for txn of INR 18212.40 at NOBROKER R on RBL Bank Credit Card 1984. Valid for one time use. DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ANYONE.
                                ---You've spent INR 18, 212.40 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS on RBL Bank Credit Card (1984) on[protected]. Avl limit-INR189, 976.92. Not You? https://onelink.to/389ejv
                                I got mails from RBL alert too.
                                Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.
                                Kindly help me in this so that i will get my money back.

                                  Undersigned had been registered in Nobroker for the search tenant for a 3 BHK villa, it was Super relax plan(Paid 6500 INR) and it was the most miserable response during the plan period. On the last day (45th day) someone called me and informed planned period is over. Till last day no one informed that room key was not available .

                                    Opted for Comprehensive Property Management Service. They were calling me every day before the payment. After payment, I had to follow up multiple times to get the latest update on the property and even then there is no proper update. The point of this service is that you don't have to worry about the logistics or other services for the property. But opting for this service has caused me extra stress and frustration. Very very disappointed.

                                      In month of June I contacted Nobroker team for our apartment roofwork. As per the quotation paid 10, 000 rupees for work. Since then they sent multiple quotations other than agreed work over the phone calls. They keep on dragging the work which got delay than the agreed time. So, we requested them to cancel the work and provide the refund(we completedthe work by calling other local vendor). After a long wait they call again and said refund not possible will help with other work. So, I saidto proceed with birds nest. They sent quotation for 65 thousand approximately for the 15 thousand rupees work. Now they are saying they can't proceed with the same and will help on giving furniture which is not at all required to us.

                                      Total problem is they not working and not refunding amount also.

                                        I wated to get my 3BHK painted and chose NoBroker as a professional service. Its been 15 days and not even 1 coat is done properly. They just come for 5 hours max daily out of which they take lunch break and multiple tea breaks. I am staying at a temporary accomodation despite multiple requests to escalate work I can't see painting work getting completed in near future.
                                        They said 1 coat is done and when we went to check some walls were not even touched for once. there were stains and spider webs as it is. how can they claim to paint that part.
                                        They gave quotation after measuring everything and asked us for colour codes. Now, when we provided asian paint colour codes, middlemen started saying that you should provide paint. I could have gone with local painters if I had time to manage all this.
                                        There is no coordination between NoBroker and Middlemen. I have to manage 3 parties - Painters, Middlemen(Painter's Supervisor) and NoBroker Agent. NoBroker promises everything but delivers nothing.
                                        My money is stuck.
                                        Middlemen said that they wont do the colour that I provided and instead will do the lightest shade possible of that color.
                                        I am tired of living out of my place. I will eventually have to book private painter to get things completed at my place.

                                        I want to terminate ongoing service and get refund and relieved from the continous headache
