On 12th of July, I and my friend visited a 3BHK flat that was listed on NoBroker for renting out. After finalising the deal, the relationship manager present there asked me to pay the token money to NoBroker's account. I paid Rs 10, 000 on the given account details.
Just a day after that I had some family emergency due to which I need to locate back to my hometown and couldn't proceed with above deal made. I talked to apartment's owner and he was fine with not proceeding ahead in such a situation. Even no legal document or rental agreement has been signed yet. He didn't receive the token money from NoBroker either.
I contacted at least 4 people from NoBroker stating my issue and asking them to process refund but they kept saying that they'd arrange a call from concerned team, which never happened. Today is the third day and I haven't even received one call from any department who is ready to address this and process my refund.
NoBroker is all about hiring N different person for N services who keep on calling the customer repeatedly and waste their time, and when the customer has some issue, these N departments keep on juggling him/her between different teams and say that they will call back, keeping the customer hanging as if this is the only thing we have to do all day.
I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of Nobroker and would never like to avail their services in future as this is a trap one can't get out easily once the money is stuck.
I urge NoBroker to refund my money urgently as I have a lot other things in my life with require my attention rather than talking to multiple executives from different teams selling services which I dont need and not one to address the actual issue.
