I opted for rental agreement from nobroker.in and i paid 2665 rupees for it. But there was no response from the nobroker for the biometric appointment. Hence due to no response i cancelled the service and now i am waiting for the confirmation for refund.
They are not even receiving call or calling back and no mail or sms is being sent for refund initiation.
Every time i call them they say team will call back in an hour.I even dropped email to their escalation team but no response.

    We had booked a moving service from Mumbai to Chennai via NoBrokers, and have had the worst experience with a moving company ever.

    - A little over a week after picking up the packages in Mumbai someone arrived at the address in Chennai with the packages but asked me to help carry the boxes from the truck, claiming the size of the parcel was too large and he wasn't able to bring it up to the house by himself. (I'm a woman living alone).
    - When I asked him why he hadn't brought someone with him to help him unload, since clearly they would have realized when loading it on to the truck that one more person would be needed, he said he was expecting someone here to carry it.
    - I told him that we had booked the service including re-assembly (of furniture) and labor. He went downstairs seemingly to bring the boxes up, but (probably realizing) he wasn't able to, just left with the stuff.
    - Post this incident (for over 2 weeks now) we've been following up constantly on the NoBroker helpline to check on the status of the parcel. They keep claiming they're looking into it but there's been no revert despite repeated follow ups.
    - At one point they claimed on the phone that one person was enough to complete the delivery and that they were not at fault.
    - On another call we were told that there are always two people who are sent- the driver and one more person, and that the reason it wasn't delivered was that "the delivery was refused at our end".
    - On one call we were assured that the deliver would happen in the next few days so I stayed home every single day, taking special permission from my company to work from home, but no one showed up. (This was a week ago)
    -The company itself has been extremely unsupportive and unresponsive and keep passing us on to other people when we call the helpline. At one point the manager's gave me his cell number, but then kept ignoring my calls. There wasn't any response to my emails either.

    We booked with NoBroker because they promised a "seamless experience" but we've wasted more time on the phone and days sitting around at home waiting for the delivery than perhaps getting some local contractor to do it.

    I want to bring this to the attention of all working professionals moving between cities so you don't waste the amount of time and energy that I have.

      On 8 June, big mirror item was picked up by Movers and Packers and they were supposed to get delivered to Mumbai within 7-10 days.

      But even after almost 21+ days, there is no delivery and no ETA. Each time I reach out to the NoBroker team, I get a new false ETA with promises of call backs which do not come. The vendor number shared by the team is not taking calls or lying on the face completely when he does. Today he said the mirror is on the way at 1am when he was supposed to deliver it and its 6pm right now.

      I am single lady who lives alone and my work is suffering due to this delay. They made me pay the full amount by saying we are delivering it right away and its been 1week since then .

        Refund of packers and movers

        I have booked No broker packers and movers on 4th of June for with 6th June pickup appointment. But 5th of June vendor denied the pickup due to vehicle shortage. So i asked them to cancel at the same 5th of June. It got cancelled by Mr.Puneeth and he committed within 5 bank working days. I have received all cancelled email and refund amount email from them. But no money refunded as of now. But now that booking is in still open in their website....

        Hi, this Rajaji from thanjavur, tamilnadu,
        Today (28th June 2022). i received call from someone telling that they are from Citi bank who name is Rahul Sharma and called for transfer the redeem rewards point as a cash to my credit card so that he asked for card 16 digit number and otp to transfer the amount. It looks like legitimate call initially. It was a bad day for me and after a min i received otp for transaction of 19k to NOBROKER RENTPA.. due to his urge I said the OTP the amount gets debited.then only I realised why I said the otp. He said that by mistake the amount gets debited is lease share any other credit card details so that we can transfer the amount..in the mean time when i received the first otp for transaction, i blocked my card through sms. Have booked a dispute request at ICICI and also booked a complaint at cyber crime. This is the number he was talking from +[protected].

        When tried to check the email for that transactionId it’s not there. It’s mentioned the amount debited for info: NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS.

        Please help me to get the money back.

          The worst ever experience on the Packers & Movers service from No Broker team and highly disappointing. They are just getting into the same boat of No after sales service and all good till the time payments are done and no support at all after the same.
          And we can't talk to anyone in the hierarchy as the customer care executives are available to just give you the basic info and no escalation.

          The promises are big at the time of selling like they will provide support for any insurance claim and from vendor partner but after the payments completion No Broker is no different. At least if we are going directly with the transporter we can go and talk, here we can't do any of that. Pathetic services team No Broker.

          I got my goods moved from bangalore to pune in a full truck load where the expectation is that there won't be any loading / unloading in between and that's why we are paying more for the service. But when the goods arrived, they were in a different vehicle, so i am not sure how many loading / unloading happened in between.

          Now, there are damages and the team is aksing to chase deal with the Insurance company. If we only have to do everything, we could have done it directly, why do i need a No Broker in between to only collecting the payments in between.

          If there is any responsible team who can take action and resolve the issue, please get in touch.

          Otherwise, No Broker services are worse than dealing directly with the packers & movers and insurance companies. At least we know, whom to talk to for any concerns, unlike No Broker team

          Thank you for having a grievance officer getting in touch for hearing out the concerns.
          But it's nothing more than that. There is no authority available with the officer and I haven't got a resolution yet to the damages done during the shifting.
          You guys are in this business and have all the time to deal with these issues but at least think about it from the consumer perspective. We don't have all the time to keep following up every other day on the updates.
          Just getting a layer of people to hear out the issues and behave calmly and keeping own sweet time for the conclusion is definitely not helping.
          Can someone responsible from the team please share an update on the resolution provided as I haven't got one yet.

            I have taken insurance for my items. After chasing multiple times o response has been received. My sofa got damaged while shifting and nobroker is not replying now,

              I have made a rent payment of 30000 Rs on 25 th June 2022 and they charged me 30350 for that .They found my transaction suspicious(I already done 5 rent payments with them successfully) and asked me to provide latest rent receipt that I don't have.
              I requested them to cancel my transaction and as per their policy they will refund only 30000 rs(still in progress) and 350 they will take for even cancelled transactions

              I feel like they are looting customers money and making profit on that
              I will never do any transactions on nobroker again and never let my people do on that

                I was paid rental payment on 11-jun-2022 amount of rs 75000 (rent 75000+ fee750=75750) and con fee 750 total 75750, however the same got rejected due to name mismatch. They refunded only rental amount of rs 75000 only instead of rs 75750. I called customer service many times that want to know the exact reason but no response received till now. They hearting me a lot. I have attached invoice copy FYR.

                I humbly request you to kindly investigate and arrange to provide the remaining amount of rs 750.

                  Mr. Makhajankar Suresh Pratap and Mr. Sukale Ajay Pandurang have purchased a flat from nobroker.com by the recommendation of the executive manager Mr. Nikhil Satam and Akshay Phanse during the purchase promised cashback amounts of Rs 30, 000 and 15, 000 respectively. But as per the word we haven't received the amount.
                  (Mr. Sukale Ajay Pandurang has purchased a flat by the recommendation of Mr.Makhajankar Suresh Pratap through nobroker.com. So they likely receive 15, 000rs from nobroker.com.)
                  Mr. Nikhil Satam nobroker executives are not receiving my phone calls and msg.

                      I was promised a refund of ₹2360/- based on which I replied on my earlier Complaint and it has gone to resolved status.
                      Please change the status of my earlier complaint to FRAUD.

                      My plan was downgraded and I was categorically promised refund of ₹2360/-, refund received is ₹1770/-.
                      The Sr. Lady Kavya now gives new stories on raised cost of the other plan and she thought something but something else happened.
                      It’s so difficult to accept mistakes and take responsibility.

                      While downgrading they activated a fresh plan then corrected, then apologised, comedy of errors is in the DNA.

                      It’s a hopeless bunch of people who clearly do not know what’s happening, not a surprise the consumer trust is nose diving and they don’t have relevant properties anymore.

                            On 3-June, goods (Household items) were picked up by Movers and Packers and they were supposed to get delivered to Bengaluru within 7-10 days.

                            But even after almost 20+ days, there is no delivery and no ETA. Each time we reach out to the NoBoker team, we are getting a new false ETA.

                            I am having 02 small kids and my entire family are all suffering due to this delay.

                            I can’t wait for more, need the entire amount to be refunded alongwith the insurance claim plus the compensation for this harassment

                            This very poor and pathetic service from your company.

                            The below mail thread and multiple follow-ups with customer care with no resolution.

                                We were about to let out our 2 BHK house in Bangalore and as a normal process we registered our house details in various online platforms like Nobroker, Magicbricks.com etc.
                                Surprisingly, no broker team pushed us to go for the Money Refund scheme of theirs in case the property is not let out by them in 45 days. Initially they said they were not working in the Nelamangala area and later they agreed the same will be taken up.
                                I had a separate discussion over the call with their operations manager too, listing by requirements. The only condition was the house has to be let out to a vegetarian family. The Nobroker tam agreed to all we said and once they took the money there was absolutely no leads given and 2 leads given to us was such a fraud that they used to cancel the appointment in the last minute.
                                When we approached to take the refund, the entire team has the audicity to say NO to refund. Sucha a fraud company that they dont stick to customer promises. Teh entire team is fake and no one comes in person. The entiore team is behind taking moeny from the customers. Please dont ever get into any of their false promises

                                The best part of the entire transaction is that, it is a prime property and a gated community with full facilities and the rent we asked was as low as 17k per month plus maintenance. And they could not fix a tenant for that as well. We all rely on these teams as there is no time available but these people take advantage of that and cheat customer.

                                  This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my Citi Bank credit card on 17th June 2022 through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.
                                  Below is the SMS from Citi Bank .
                                  Rs. 20, 074.60 spent on card xxxx on 17-JUN-22 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT. Limit available=Rs. xxxxx. If not done by you, click www.citi.asia/XXX?cn=xxxx
                                  I got mails from Citi Bank alert too.
                                  Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above. The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times.
                                  I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.
                                  Kindly help me in this.

                                    I had a deal with Nobroker, the inspection officer came to location and done with the inspection and submited all dc and images to there concern team, and i got quatation, i informed them twice, that vechile is not going to enough but they said, it will enoug for all itmes, and i insist them to double check and do one more time inspection. but they said its okay, so based on there commitment i paid token amout, now in the last moment they charing me triple Direct 10, 000 to 30, 000/- rupees, And i had a conversation with Ameer - Assitant Manager and Nikhil Suman Unit Lead, And i explained all the situation, packing and shipping date is June 18th 2022.
                                    Please let me know what do i have to do now. Its look like Scam to get more money from customer's.
