Nobroker — Wrong service charge

Hi this is mathepally Sharath Kumar, reg num [protected]. On aug 2 I used nobroker for paying my rent. But due to technical issue it's failed, so I got refund on aug 6. I will not received full refund amount. I not used any service from nobroker but company takes service charge. It is illegal pls give my service charge refund or give me service.

Hi Sharath, a refund is processed post deducting the service charges whenever we find the transaction to be suspicious and you are unable to provide us with the requested document in order to identify whether the transaction is legitimate or not. However, we would request you to share your NRP details so that we can check this further.
