Nokia 8.1 Phone — phone not working within 1.2 months of purchase nokia

I have purchased a NOKIA 8.1 for Rs 21799/ from Amazon against invoice no DEL3530 dt 22/06/2019 delivered on 26/06/2019 and suddenly my phone stopped working on 07/08/2019. Its display had gone black and no calls, text or images were being viewed.
I searched on Google for the Authorized Service Centre in Laxmi Nagar, and I found an address. I went all the way from Dwarka to Laxmi Nagar and found that the service centre called Nokia Care did not exist.

After that I filed a request for online repair service because I could not find any other option to get my phone working again. The person from Ecom Express Private Limited came and picked up the phone from my home on 8/8/19 in the evening. I handed over the entire phone package containing my phone, my charger and my earphones in the box. The person also made a video as a proof.
Since then, there has been no official notification regarding the status of the phone from Nokia. On tracking my phone online, it was informed by the Customer Care Executive that it is still in transit.
I was also promised by the CCE that there will be a call from Nokia to resolve my issue but it has been 3 days since the mail, and I have not received any call from Nokia.

I am a working person and I cannot manage my work without proper communication with my clients and other officials of my firm. It has been very difficult for me to manage without my phone for such a long time. I asked the CCE for a standby phone and he refused saying that Nokia does not provide standby.

Even after spending so much money on this phone, I have received such pathetic services from Nokia. I want a full refund of my money so that I can invest that money in buying some other phone from some other company which will offer me better services than Nokia.
