    Bas ek baat kehna chahunga ki kaam se thaka hua admi jab ghar aata hai to use aaram ki jarurat hoti hai magar yanha bijli ki aisi condition hai ki admi Puri raat so hi nahi pata...
    Ek to din me Thora bahut light de bhi deta hai...magar jab raat ki baat aati hai to kabhi light nahi rehta agar dhokhe se reh bhi jaye to sala voltej deem rehta hai...jiska parinam ki mujhe raat ke 2 baje ye complain karna par raha hai...iss umid se ki shyad thik ho jaye...
    Bil me agar let ho jaye to warning milti hai bijli kaat diya jaye ga...

      We have electricity connection no. [protected]. I am getting a bill in the name of MD. Ghani Mujma son of Late Jameel Akhtar. My full name is Mohd. Badiuzzaman, son of late Jamil Akhtar, I know it is a typographic mistake but it should be done correctly. We complained several times online and offline but they did not take any action. Please correct my name.

              Shambhu kumar mishra agriculture conection[protected] hai dis-sitamarhi, nanpur feder vi-janipur bina reading ke hi bill banake bhej diya jata hai, customer service me complain karne per bhi koi response nahi milta hai, resolved ka massage bhej diya jata hai. Lekin koi nahi aata. Tin bar complain kar chuke hai. Phir bhi jee ke taraf se koi javab nahi. Please isse solve karwaiye. Mera hi bibhag pe 796 jama tha phir ek month ka 596mujh pe hi dikha diya gaya.

                With due respect i would like to inform you that i've been using smart meter since September 2021 and i had some amount due before installation of my smart meter which was supposed to be adjusted in the recharge only...But even after my arrears have been paid off they are charging me rs 6 daily for arears...so i kindly request you to please check if there is any fault in my billing ...

                      Hello Sir,

                      My Consumer id is[protected]. i got LK, A bill in April 2022 and also made payment for the same. The LK, A category bill was for 256 Unit(Previous Month Reading was 2505).I made payment of Rs. 1056. In Month of May no on from electricity department visited my place for reading.In Month of June I got bill of Rs. 6539 for 2098 Unit(Here Also Previous Reading is 2505 unit). I wanted to know where you have adjusted those 256 unit(LK, A Unit was 256, and Previous reading was 2505 in April 2022) for which i made the payment.
                      Kindly provide clarification on the same.
                      Please let me know in case you need any further detail.

                        Recharged my smart meter online with Rs1000/-, through bihar bijli smart meter app. Amount got debited from the account but not added in the recharge balance. The transaction was done at 12.05pm on 23rd june 2022. Unable to contact any customer support.

                          In my premises, prepaid meter was installed on 9th March 2021, and last meter reading was 1388 units, for which the company issued me receiving. But now they have issued a bill telling that last meter reading was 1711 units. My old meter was uninstalled on 9th March only, but company is telling that it was uninstalled on 25th May 2022. Basically they means that my premises was having both meters and I have to pay charges for both. But the fact is that prepaid meter cannot be installed without submitting old meter.                             There's no supply in my village Ghorbanki, Basopatti from yesterday 7PM till now, and even if electricity stays there's high voltage fluctuation causes electrical equipment damage kindly control the voltage and minimize the power cuts time because from yesterday electricity stayed only for 3 Hours out of 24 Hours . This is a very bad service compared to other states

                                  we are only using 3 led bulb, 2 fan, , One TV and one fridge but electricity bill used to come between 3500 to 4500 every month. last month bill amount is 4046 which does not look normal. please help as i am a farmer and i am not able to pay this, much of bill everyday.                                       My monthly consumption of electricity charges are not more than ₹1000 except winter. Average units- 5. Average charge- ₹30
                                      But date:[protected], time :6:37pm i received msg from NBPDCL that my account balance gone exhausted. But in same day morning i checked my balance and i have had still left half month of bills in my account . In my house only 3 fans(2 in use only) and 12 LED bulb(8 in use daily), 1 TV (which is not in use) then how can it be possible that half month recharge just gone exhausted in just some minutes.
                                      I request you to refund my charges to my account.
