North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — Getting high electricity bill without meter reading | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently residing at Mahua, Vaishali, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected], pin code 844122. I am receiving shocking amount of electricity bills from past few months. My current electricity bill (no.[protected] amounts more than 2600 rupees for two months which is almost seven times of my regular bills. We have paid last bill amounting 3400 rupees for three months which was much higher compared to regular bill of around 200 rupees for one month. I have already filed complaint to NBPDCL website but got no response till now. I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I came to know that agent for meter reading is not consistent and proper meter reading has not been done for past five months.
