Northern Railway — retirement payment delay

I Ishwar Dads s/o Khazana Ram was railway employee retired os office superintendent from Udhampur Srinagar Baramulla national project on 28 February 2017. My division is DRM New Delhi. I still not receive my gratuity funds (dues). Its 3 years complete since my file in Delhi devisin transfer to GM in personnel branch in account (finance) but I still not receive my funds. Respected railways minster its my humble request to you please help me to get my dues from Delhi DRM, New Delhi. I had tried all my efforts to get my dues but, I can't get success. After getting disappointed, I have to write you this latter. I seek your help in this matter and I hope you help me and don't let me down. I shall be highly thank full to you for this act of kindness. Last day drawn at which i retired was Rs. 44900.
