Hi Sir This is to bring to notice that I have transferred amount of Rs 8900 on 1st June 2015 for catalogue. As he told that you will get your order in 2 days but till date I didn't got the order neither any information about it. We are not able to get connected as his no.is not connecting. Not getting any reply on messages. I am totally confused about how to either get the order or money refund.

Dear sir / mam I want to reopen my compaint against noty99 I had earlier raised a complaint against NOTY99 on 14May 2015 as Mr.JITENDER from NARANPURA AHEMDABAD was not delivering me the products I had ordered After lodging the complaint he delivered me the material worth RS.33899 on 19 MAY 2015 after the conversations25 May 2015 he promised me to deliver the rest of the material worth of Rs. 28999 and REQUESTED us to close the complaint as he will be delivering the material on that day itself following which we resolved the complaint On 29 May 2015 he informed me that the materailis dispatched but till date (11;05;2015)I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY MATERIAL NOR HAS MR.JITENDER BOTHERED TO UPDATE ME ON THE STATUS EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS he is not providing me my goods NOR REFUNDING MY MONEY Could you please help me resolve this matter REGARDS SHALU SACHDEVA

Hi this is Leena Nath from nashik (Maharashtra) I was order catalog from noty99.com of Rs.8200 payment transfer in acc of Mr.jitendra jain in ICICIbank on 23rd march 2015 but last 2 month I was just sending SMS to Mr jigar but he is not reply to me.& not sending any pro& also not refund my payment. So please help me out.I need my money.

I have ordered from last 2 month and he got my payment and after that not reciving my phon and not giving me reply of my massages, not sending parcel or no giving me refund . Number 1 fraud and cheater in online world .pls don't deal with him otherwise u will be fool .

Hi, My name is Shalu Sachdeva and I am a resident of Haridwar (Uttrakhand). I have made a purchase of Rs. 62898 from www.noty99.com site.The owner of this site is Mr. Jeetender Jain from Ahmedabad, Gujarat and his contact detail is "[protected]" .After the initial conversation with Mr. Jeetender I credited the amount to his Current Axis bank account- [protected], branch Naranpura ( Rs.12899 on 20-Apr-2015, Rs. 16100 on 22-Apr-2015 and Rs.33899 on 24-Apr-2015). I even received the payment accepted email from Noty99 . Mr. Jeetender assured that my consignment will be dispatched on 24-April-2015 .I tried to contact Mr. Jeetender via phone /SMS/email to understand the status of my consignment but he did not bother to respond back. After chasing him repetitively he responded to my email stating that my consignment will reach by 10-May-2015, which again did not happen. As I was not getting response for the goods I ordered I tried to chase him, in response to it he even cancelled my order by himself with giving me any reason on 11-May-2015 and dropped a message that he will refund my amount back . I provided him my bank details through email but the amount is not credited to my account, I asked him to send across the transaction details to which he is again not responding.He is not providing me the goods nor refunding my amount. hello everyone, i am from mauritius. i ordered and paid for inr 36000 from so called jitendra jain in january 2015. in february no parcel received. i called him and he told me parcel misplaced. he proposed another catalogue or refund. i agreed on another catalogue of same price in begining of march to be shipped on 12 march. today 23 april no parcel and no refund despite his promise to do so. he is such a fraud!!

He promised goods however never sent it and I had to follow up several times. He now claims that he has sent some goods to mumbai but my address is Bangalore. He requested me to get in touch with anybody and get the goods which I obligued to. He was supposed to return by money of rs. 6490 which he has not returned tiil now. When I asked him about this on Sunday 7th Feb which is 4 months after the incident. He on 8th Feb...

I ordered a full catalogue Anarkili from him.. I already paid the full amount via western union INR 9934. He asked for my address all the details.. He said I will received on 29 March 2015.. Until now I haven't received my anarkili.. He already collect my money from western union.. I call him so many time he said edy ship my parcel to chennai alma cargo.. On 3rd April I WATSAPP him regarding my parcel he neve reply my message..I called him so many times he neve answer my call.. I watsapp him and start scolding him.I asked him to return my money..if not I will lodge a police report .then he reply to me : <u are black listed ..now go to hell..der is no refund for whom people who post against NOTY99>.. Until now I haven't received my anarkili and my money INR 9934 also gone. I will attach all the Watsapp conversation in this complaints forum..

noty99 have cheated on me as well its been 3 months now and they dont want to refund nor send the clothes i bought, on top of that he is using bad language his name is jeetendra jain who is refusing to give you his full address and also lies about where his shop is one minute he will tell u its in Ahmedabad and nxt minute he says he is in Surat please stop shopping with him he is fraud, he also blocks you on whats app thats where he runs his bussiness on.

The day and time which he promise us to dispatch the Catalog, and he failed us to dispatch, now he is not all picking our call nor he calling us back, he message us that he won’t give us the money do whatever you want

He promised goods however never sent it and I had to follow up several times. He now claims that he has sent some goods to Coimbatore but my address is Bangalore. He requested me to get in touch with anybody and get the goods which I obligued to. He was supposed to return by money of rs. 6490 which he has not returned tiil now. When I asked him about this on Sunday 7th Feb which is 4 months after the incident. He on 8th Feb sent me text stating he will spoil my reputation in the market and that he will take my wifes picture and that of my kind and circulate in all wrong places.
