[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — about pan card status showing no record found

I applied for pan card through e-kyc/e-sign in system which did not require any necessity to send physical document.
After applying for pan card through this system i received the acknowledgement number on my email but after some days when i was checking my pan card status online it showed 'no record found' and it continued to showing this.
What should i do.
I urgently require my pan card.
Please reply to my query.

respectfully, i am ARUN KUMAR BEHERA apply for pan on date 03/04/2019 . my allotted Pan no is - ELPPB7971T, but i couldn't receive my pan physically.
