Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Account Locked and not RESET

My account has got locked

I was not able to login and then I tried to reset my IPIN. After filling the details and trying to log in again I am getting "Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN".

I am not able to login to https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/

Kindly help me by getting my login credentials
