I have applied for a pan card. I have made the payment also and done the e-kyc too. But acknowledgement slip did not generate after the e sign process. It showed me the physical form. When i did the process of e sign/ e-kyc by entering right otp than why it is happening. This is very urgent. Kindly resolve this matter.
