issue in opening nps account through online sbi

I have tried to open one nps account on 18-sep-2019 with tprn number tprn[protected] and account number[protected].
But after the successful registration system got logged out and get a message that the nps account opens successfully, please check online sbi after 30min for details.
But still date, there is no update in the system.

And i got my corrected e-pan in mail on 28aug2019, but i'm not get my physical pan card, in tracking of post that pan card is return to sender but i'm not get any information from postman.
