I cannot create ipin because the error massage shows 'pran not found in database'.

    I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        acknowledgement slip did not generate after e-kyc

        I have applied for a pan card. I have made the payment also and done the e-kyc too.
        But acknowledgement slip did not generate after the e sign process.
        It showed me the physical form.
        When i did the process of e sign/ e-kyc by entering right otp than why it is happening.
        This is very urgent.

        Kindly resolve this matter.

        Hi,

        I am investing in Atal Pension Yojana (APY) since 2015 and have a PRAN no. but I am getting error (PRAN not found in Database) when trying to login to NSDL website using my PRAN number.

            I've applied for name correction of my pan (Bgkpb8254q) on 11/10/2019 through e-sign mode (Paperless). I've received my acknowledgement number ([protected]), received a message showing "if you have digitally signed your application using esign/e-kyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

                  This is with reference with pan application - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:22:55.532. My-kyc/e-sign based request has failed and it has been 15 days (Since 20/9/19) after the pan card amount, 106 rs. Was paid via paytm, but the amount hasnt been refunded yet.

                  I kindly request for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                    I was applying for some changes in pan card for my cousin. My temporary token no. Was [protected]. I paid an amount of 106.90 twice on 22/09/2019. Once through my hdfc net banking, then through paytm. Both transactions failed & following msg was displayed on the payment page. "your previous transaction has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another payment". The money (106.90) which i paid through hdfc net banking was refunded back on 26/09/19 but the money (106.90) which i paid through paytm is still not refunded. My paytm transaction id was [protected] & may registrered mob no. Of paytm is [protected].

                      esign is not working

                      I paid using upi id and it did work but i am unable complete my e sign. I dont want any refund but i just want to complete my e sign and get updated my pan details please someone help me.
                      I just want to complete my updation it got deducted around 107 rs. If any how am able to complete this means suggest a solution for this.

                      Hello sir/madam,

                      I have requested for correction in pan card details on 03rd october 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode.
                      Received acknowledgement number ([n-[protected]]) on my registered email address.

                      And mail clearly stating that as i havr submitted through ekyc no need to submit the physical documents.

                      (Correction was my surname which got changed after marriage [kumari - shakya] and my aadhaar already holds updated name)

                      However while checking the status it does show "sorry, no record found."
                      I didn't even received epan on email which i could use.

                      Kindly look into this on priority as i have to submit this updated pancard.

                          Your pan card has been dispatched on 27-aug-2019 by trackon couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 06-sep-2019.

                          Permanent account number (Pan) : fjxxxxxx9b
                          Pan card will be despatched only to the communication address provided in your pan application.

                          In this regard it is to inform that i have not received pan card till date. It is also to inform you that my communication address has not changed. Please look into the matter and take immediate action as i am facing so many problems in the absence of my pan card. Thanks.

                                    Hi.. I applied for pan card correction online.. The first time it came out with an error like "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days". My money got deducted. I saw many applicants facing the same issue when i searched about the issue online. So i applied online again producing a new token. The second time also it failed and displayed the same error message but money got deducted. I left and tried the same process after six hours. The same error message came but my money got deducted as like before. But after few hours i got three mails like "your aadhaar was successfully verified by nsdl". I really got shocked. I didn't get any acknowledgement number or updates about my pan card. I have attached all the proofs of my token number and transaction details in my mail and sent it to [protected]@nsdl.co.in. But there was a reply like mail box is full so try later. Kindly process my refund please. Will i get my pan card with corrections or should i apply by physical method? I'm in need of my refund and updated pan soon please. My amount got debited as"106.90 for first token, 106.90 for second token, 71.90". Kindly process my refund amount (₹285.70) please. If my process for pan correction is successful, please deduct ₹106.90 and process the remaining refund of ₹178.80. Please reply me what is the next step for my pan correction and please update me about my refund. Please process my refund.
