[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Applied on[protected], but till today its show under process

I applied & reapplied 17 pan card via nsdl online site of family members & friends. But its show status of many days "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl"
Urgently need pan no. Of all individual. Following are detail of all 17 pan acknowledgement numbers:-

I apply a pan card on[protected] after fill all form i made online payment via net banking & debit card.I made payment twice but both time payment failed.Net banking payment is refund on[protected], but not refund via debit card. Please refund my money

as soon as possible
