Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Changes in Pan application

Correction to be done:
First name: JAI
Middle name: PRAKASH
Surname: GUPTA
BUT AS PER NSDL TEAM THEY TOLD ME TO REAPPLY AND REPAY THE FEE OF Rs 107/-.

2) N-[protected]

First Name: SHRI YOGENDRA NATH GUPTA

Correction to be done:
First name: YOGENDRA
Middle name: NATH
Surname: GUPTA
BUT AS PER NSDL TEAM THEY TOLD ME TO REAPPLY AND REPAY THE FEE OF Rs 107/-.

In these 2 applications all details correctly filled with attaches documents thru esign. But my question where is digital india, for this small mistake why same cannot be rectify online. Why again reapply and pay the fee of Rs 107.

Also Rs 107 included pan card physical copy then if in my first 2 applications rejected then why nsdl cannot repay the refund atleast 75%.

When some error in Passport application minor then they corrected at A & B section no need to pay fee again.

I m thinking those peoples applied thru some brokers how many suffers due to this minor errors. If attached documents verified and found corrected then why not changea done online.
