[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — complaint applying new pan card-regd

Sir/ madam i have applied thrice for new pan card. I applied through ekyc twice. I gave all the information accordingly but at the time of authentication it shows that information is not according to aadhar. My date of birth is reversed at authentication step. Third time i applied through e-sign but had the same issue at the time of authentication.

I have received an sms on my mobile that “Letter sent for discrepancy found in PAN application acknowledgement no. [protected]

But I have not received any letter in my mail, please send it again on:- [protected]@gmail.[protected]@gmail.com
