Sir, I tried to apply for PAN card on 17- September-2017, After the payment of ₹118.90 for PAN card NSDL Shows"Your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refund back. Kindly make another fresh payment." But the amount ₹118.90 did not credited to my account yet.
